The employees were super friendly and helpful and the food is very good! Mod Pizza honestly has some of the best pizza I’ve had. They were also totally chill with letting me stay for several hours as I waited for my tow truck to arrive too, as my car ended up breaking down, while I ate my food. Overall great!

Took 10 minutes of no attempt of contact from employees for me to simply walk out and across the street to get some Panda Express. BTW, the Best Panda Express in Clark County is right across the street. Worst Mod Pizza I have personally ever been to. Go somewhere else. You have been warnedVideo was after 7 min of standing silently while workers did busy work and didn't talk.

Brought in a bus full of basketball players, (around 40) 35 minutes before closing. The parents of the players even went into the establishment to let them know so they could be prepared. The girl in charge denied us, and turned down a lot of money. I hope the MOD management is happy with their employees. Shout out to Panda Express for graciously accepting us.

Came in to MOD at 9:29 when they close at 10 and they wouldn't allow us to dine in because of the amount of people we had after a basketball game. Staff was extremely rude and they started to stack the chairs as if they were already closed. I'm sure the owner of this MOD would be very disappointed in their staff for turning away a hungry high school basketball team. Very disappointing.

The workers here are some of the grumpiest people. They don’t smile, if you ask to add anything to your pizza they do eye rolls and act like it’s a burden for them to do their job. The manager is a crab. If you want to be in a bad mood come and place an order here. Also the more face piercings they have the meaner they are…pro tip.

Okay hear me out i love mod pizza it's ALWAYS good but I ordered today december 19th around 9:08 after I got my pizza when I was eating it I saw a piece of hair between slices where it was cut I was trying to take it out so I flipped the pizza to look at the bottom and the hair was stuck in the dough... i ripped that piece off and threw it out thinking whatever but after grabbing another slice I saw more hairs specifically all in the dough. As if somebody was preparing the dough without any nets their hair or facial hair idk... im pretty sure it was facial hair because it was so short. I literally almost threw up. If mod staff see this review PLEASE for the love of god do something about that and make sure your staff wear proper covering because it is actually disgusting.

I love Mod Pizza but this one in battle ground has disappointed me multiple times. Today was over the top. After waiting 30 minutes to order my food and only two other orders in front of us in line, (watching online orders get priority as well)- I received a burnt pizza. I asked if this was a normal wait time and I was treated rudely and was told I was wrong for even questioning it. It’s normal on a Sunday for it to be a 30 minute wait time (and Friday nights longer) all the while employees were standing around. After 45 minutes of waiting i was given burnt pizza. When I said something about it I was told that it was my fault for my pizza being thick, even tho my pizza took just as long as my wife’s. I was told there was no making me happy and the manager was incredibly rude across the board- no sense of customer service or how to talk to customers or leading a team..
