Staff is trashy and unprofessional. Thy act like it’s such an inconvenience to do there job and take an order. I will stick to the one location off ward road.

I wanted for my pizza for an hour I called at 5pm come at 6.04 and the pizza is not ready… but all 4 of the worker are just standing when I asked about my order NO one answered they all looked at each other. then they tell me yea it’s ready when they just started making it. So my Drs that were working night shift had to wait until 8 pm for their dinner to be ready…. this is horrible….. Service when someone call and make order why is it hard to make it..but some one who just walk in wants 7-10min. Like how does this work ???????

Sorry to say this but not the first time I've left this place empty handed.Walked in at 733, it's apparently too late to order a pizza. Asked if there were abandoned pizzas, she said yes... wants me to pay FULL price for someone's who knows how old concoction. Frustrating!

For the Service, I just had my fiancé try to order an hour before they closed and they told him that they are "closing early". So to whoever is gonna order from this place an hour before they close, DON'T. They'll say the same thing they said to him. I don't know if anyone had this happen before but this is the FIRST for me to hear any company saying that to anyone.

My wife and I had the Chicken Bacon Artichoke. When we pulled it out of the oven, it was beautiful. You could tell an Artisan made it. The taste matched the presentation. One of the best pizza's I've eaten.

The drive thru is usually closed. I see a dozen kids looking around but having no direction to get the product to customers. They don't bake the pizza but charge like they do. It's too expensive. I'll just order from a real pizza place and have it delivered for the same price.

Didn't even eat any of the pizza, it was so thin, it turned too crispy. It was gross.
Food was good but got a salad and got food poisoning. Never again follow your food safety handlers permits not very good definitely lost a customer.

Great stuffed crust pizza ? They were swamped with orders. I appreciate that they warned us that they were busy, and that the wait was an hour. No problem.

The pizza is fine, the service needs serious work. After getting hung up on several times in the middle of an order due to a “bad connection” I decided to just go in the Battle ground location and ask if they were having some sort of phone problem, where I of course was told no . I asked for a managers number that was never given . The guy behind the counter developed an instant attitude and walked off to make phone calls behind the counter. I ordered and waited. Once my pizza was up and I went to get it, the young gal behind the counter with a black cap proclaimed “instead of contacting the manager that I should just go to another location “. Absolutely ridiculous and rude. I asked her if the manger thought if it would be a good idea to send business away and the first guy started yelling BYE , BYE , BYE ! The employees at that location need some serious lessons in common curtesy. By the way, the store had no one else in it and seemed very slow. The games some of the employees are playing at this location will seriously effect the business. But why would they care ?
