My family and I have been visiting this store for a very long time. It has undergone many changes since we first visited roughly 5 years or so ago. Apparently, there's a challenge with keeping good employees, so one never knows who he or she will see the next time they visit.Last night, we visited and, yes, there was yet another different face that we hadn't seen working there before. While the sandwich was decent, the restaurant itself was filthy.When a guy can see dirt and other unknown artifact along the stainless steel grooves at the bottom of the viewing window, as well as garbage on the floors and tables, someone is not doing their jobs.It's sad. This place used to have some decent employees. But someone decided they needed to always work alone in a two man environment. So there's truly no time for one person to do all of the work that needs to be done.I don't know who owns this particular location, but they should be ashamed of themselves for letting this particular restaurant get so run down, unclean, and potentially dangerous.

I went and ordered a number 2 from subway location 1201 sw 13th Ave battle ground Washington. Do not get any food from them they are fast at making ur sandwiches but they don't know how to prep the sandwich the bread was not good and toster is not working right and did not tasted good at all never again buying from them they need to close it down or train the people how to make it good. Great workers at this Subway location, Kai has always been so helpful with my orders and always gives amazing customer service! Noah is also an amazing worker! A lot of hard working individuals here!

I ordered 2 pretzels with cheese and it took 20 minutes for the girl to toast them the cheese container melted and she only gave me one I ordered 2 she said oh well

So I wanted a turkey sandwich but the turkey was at the bottom of the barrel , I mean really it was not busy can't they stock up? Lettuce so was so low I could not see it. Trash can by the soda fountain was overflowing. The girl working should be able to clean the tables and take out the trash due to very slow. The pictures on the wall look like someone threw soda on them. Very dirty store.

The guy who work there, looked like he have an excessive sweating problem. He kept wiping his sweat from his face while working on the food. While waiting in the line, I watched the whole thing and had to walked away.

This guy was not wearing a mask or form of face covering over his facial hair while making sandwiches. ? He was very rude when I asked if he could put a face mask on.

This is my primary Subway at the moment and has always provided beautiful and delicious sammies with a customer focused, friendly attitude. They may be understaffed like a lot of places at this time, but they've always been on task and attentive when I've been there. That's been my experience over the past 6 months.

Extremely poor service at this location. Never anyone at the counter, I’ve waited 10+ minutes, half hour after opening, because the employee was eating in the back room. Then told the senior gentleman in front of me to ring the bell next time in a not so polite manner.
