Excellent bar with a nice vibe. Even though it is in the AC Hotel, I would still come here just to get a drink. The bartenders are excellent, and the folks around the bar enjoy the ambience of it. They close at 10:00p on Friday and Saturday. Apparently it's a budget measure, because it's a work hotel. As I pointed out to them, experience is experience. AC has a rep. I stay at hotels where I cross into the weekends. There is no bigger drag than to be someplace that offers a good bar, only to find that it's shuttered to save a few cents at a hotel with reasonably high enough rates. Then you have to go out and find someplace else far less convenient, and often not nearly as nice. We had some exceptional cocktails, and their inventory even offers your "straight" drinkers some nice options.

Hours are incorrect walked under rain as it was the only place open and it was not.

Great location near Bellevue Square, so lots of restaurants and shopping near. Room is ok: nice bed, clean bathroom. Breakfast available (U$ 21). Parking is kind of expensive (U$ 50/day) and not many options available near (all expensive too).

Hotel refused to let me in into the room, claiming that because of my late arrival in their system I was marked as 'no-show'. The room was available, but hotel wanted to charge me again, for the same room, without refunding my existing reservation. None of the communications provided by the hotel at the time or post reservation has mentioned that I must advise hotel of my late arrival prior to specific arbitrary deadline, thus I have been given no warning of this particular rule. The hotel staff was rude, un-apologetic and void of common sense, claiming that I am a no-show in my face, as I was standing by the hotel counter. Their insistence that I can have the room for which I have already paid, only if I pay for it again was a racket.

This hotel was clean and modern. It’s located just a few blocks from Bellevue Square with plenty of restaurants within walking or a short drive distance. Stayed here for business. Fitness center was good. It contained a Peloton bike which was nice, but also in high demand by other people. Would be great to add another one, or two.

The AC Hotel Seattle, while small in size and lacking extensive amenities (it has a small gym but not much else), proves to be a convenient hub for business trips. Its prime city location saves valuable time, and a nearby park offers a refreshing escape. The area also boasts a variety of dining options. The hotel's comfortable setup and friendly staff make it a solid choice for business travelers.

Truly the highlight of this stay was Christina in the restaurant. She was so kind and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was pretty good, but the service was far beyond what I've come to expect from our hotel breakfast service. Thanks Christina!

Arrived here on a 95 F Seattle day. Went to room, it was boiling hot at 82 F inside, air conditioning wasn't cold - just blowing hot air. Windows did not open. Front desk had maintenance drop by who told me to be patient and the room would cool down. Dark came and the room had risen to 83 F. I asked to be moved to a room with working air conditioning and the front desk told me they were sold out. While deciding what to do, the parking attendant told me that the air conditioning in AC Hotel had blown out last week and their air conditioning wasn't working. Front desk is blatantly lying to guests about the air conditioning. I switched hotels with no apology from management.

My wife and I recently stayed at the AC Hotel Bellevue while on a business trip and very impressed. Location made it easy to walk to restaurants, Bellevue square, park, coffee and old Bellevue. Hotel is newer, very clean and great lobby to do work from. Special thank you to Luis at the Front Desk who took amazing care of us during our entire trip. Great staff and highly recommended

The valet driver destroyed my van and the valet company that is contracted by the hotel offered to pay for a portion of the damages. We said no, you need to pay for all the damages and we never heard from them again. I wouldn't even be writing a review if they would have done the right thing. At the time of this post, it's been 9 months and I still can't open the passenger door to my van. My passengers have to climb over the seat. I went out of my way and got 3 different estimates and they offered thousands below the lowest estimate. We set up an appointment with a local repair shop and had to wait months because they were so backed up with work. When it came time to bring my van in, they said they made many attempts to contact the insurance company but no one ever bothered to reply so they never ordered the parts. They won't respond to our emails or calls. Oh, and as far as the hotel itself goes... you have to pay for wifi!!

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. The locaiton is excellent and the rooms are nice. We left an item in our room and called the hotel the same day. The item has no monetary value. We left a pillow behind with a unique shape that is easy to identify. After 5+ phone calls and multiple follow-up emails with Megan Clark, the hotel was not able to locate the pillow. Megan did offer to replace the pillow, which I thought was very generous. Again, after several emails, no pillow. We typically stay in Bellevue once a month for work. We are no longer staying with AC and have switched to another hotel with better customer service.

Great location nearby Amazon buildings and downtown area. Walking distance to other restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff, clean, new and updated hotel with nice concierge lounge. Overall, great place to stay with many options for food, city and nearby proximity to airport

Cute little hotel restaurant with zero vibe. Great if you just want a place to chill. The bartender was super friendly and on top of things.Four stars because they (surprisingly) didn't stock or were out of a couple popular liquors my date asked for. I'm a well drinker, but anyone who cares what alcohol goes in their face might be a touch disappointed.

Still working to get it fully staffed. Waited a long time for refills.
