Got the pretzel nuggets and they tasted bitter. I feel like they’re either watering down the butter they use on them or using some kind of cheap fake butter-like substance. Really disgusting. Threw mine away.

Same problem with other reviewers. Overcooked pretzels and all of mine got burnt pretty bad that they are all very bitter. I have to take out the blackened part so my kids can eat those. Cannot recommend this place. This should be an easy fix, why it isnt fixed?

I got 4 almond pretzels on Nov 17, 2023 night. All my 4 pretzels got burnt bottoms & tasted bitter. I had to tear all the bottoms off & throw away. Im very disappointed with this type of food quality.The attached photo shows how burn it was - all

The day before yesterday, I bought a cup of Mini Pretzel Dogs for my kid. The hot dog got burnt, with a blackened casing. After my child ate it, he started vomiting at night and continued vomiting several times the next day. I suspect that the food was burned or contaminated with bacteria. Their hot dogs often get burnt, turning black. This blackened food is also harmful to the human body.

Pretzels were good but we ordered a mango w/whipped cream drink, asked for it just like in the picture, which looks yellow and advertised as real fruit, and got an awful tasting syrupy orange mess.

Im highly disappointed that they didn’t give my dasher or uber eats driver an option to give me my drink after we had said put it in the bag or ask for a substitute. i officially hate auntie anne’s
Always a 10-15 min wait in the afternoons on weekends. The pretzels are good. But this time we went, we noticed they were pretty low stock on a lot of the pretzel options. It seems like they only had the pretzel bites, hot dog bites, and plain pretzels. And some of the pretzel bites were slightly burnt. We opted for the hot dog bites. It should have 10 bites. But the cup we got only had 9 :/ one off, but these bites are ~$8. I should've said something, but they were just so busy.

The cashier in this location is horrible. A brown male with glasses, around 5’6, long hair. Seems to be of Latino origin. Not very professional. Customer service is not this workers priority whatsoever. Displaying an aggressive tone when asked simple questions like price and size of their products. The workers here clearly need more training on customer service and displaying good manners. This was on a Monday, June 13, at 7:24 PM.

Waited in line for over 25 mins here Monday evening, I know it was busy and all but the line wasn't even moving. Would be one thing if the team kept patrons moving along but seems ridiculous with what looked like 3 people back there the line wasn't even moving at all. Perhaps ramping up staff for the holiday season and snowflake lane ?
