This cozy restaurant has a nice selection of traditional Thai dishes. We usually order noodle dishes and we were not disappointed in the dishes we ordered. If you like Thai food you can't go wrong with this restaurant.

I’m giving 4 staffs because the staff were amazing. Nice ambiance too. But while other places were packed this place wasn’t last night. First of all the menu is terrible. It doesn’t have much variety and I would like to see more and better Thai dishes on their. Maybe even a full meals put together. It was pricey for what you get. I ordered the pad Thai number 4 spicy and it hardly had chicken in it. The chicken was tough and not tender too. And the dish was to sweet for authentic pad Thai. It was saved by the number 4 level of spice I asked for.My boyfriend asked for a low sodium dish and it was tasty. We were very pleased they could meet our request. Again the reason for 4 stars. My daughter ordered the avocado prawn curry. Again I wish they had more on the menu. I tasted this dish abd it was good but a bit strong for her liking. It wasn’t great though. She ordered the shrimp fried rice instead that was amazing.Lastly the music was boring. So it didn’t have the downtown vibe to make it popular at night. My recommendation is to extend the menu so their are more Thai dishes (authentic because Bellevue is full of well travelled people).

Ordered take out here for the first time and will for sure order from here again! Ordered the chicken pad Thai and this is the first time I had an option between two types. They offer an American version and a traditional, I had a hard time deciding but the lady on the phone recommended that I try the brown sauce ( traditional) and it was super yummy! Very helpful and friendly service, order was ready when I arrived. Was around $16 for my order, so a little pricey. Easy to find parking. Only open for takeout at the moment it seems.

Most recent visit was Sat 6/12/21 around 8pm. My husband and I have been here may times - it's our favorite Thai restaurant in the area (and, yes, I've been to the other, very large and popular Thai place down the street). There's always plenty of parking, the ambience inside is plain, the lighting romantically dim. I always order Phad Thai and use this dish as the yardstick to measure whether the quality and style of cooking is to my liking. Here, the Phad Thai is heavy on the noodles (admittedly, it could use more vegetables) and the flavor is sweet, salty, and only a touch sour and fishy. It might be considered "Americanized" and, if so, then I guess that's how I like it. I have eaten here enough times to know that the kitchen is inconsistent - not just with the Phad Thai. The service is inconsistent too - it just depends on who's working. But the food, for my taste, is better than many other Thai options near me, and I know I can order and pick-up quickly too.

Came here today for lunch. Husband ordered duck soup and I ordered the Pad Thai chicken. His dish came out and I waited another 15 minutes for my food. People that were seated after us received their meal before I did. My husband was waiting for my food to arrive so we could eat together.... They definitely got my order wrong because why was it so late??? My pad Thai finally arrived and it was heavy on the sweet side. Too much for my liking. I probably had about 4 small pieces of chicken amid a pile of noodles, one slice of lime and no vegetables. Husband asked for a side of rice. On the bill, waitress charged us the $2.00 for the side of rice. The fact I had to wait 15 minutes for my food after my husbands food arrived, the least she could have done was comp the $2.00 side of rice. Terrible service. Slow! Food is mediocre. We won't be back.

I've been thinking about this place for a long time. I finally went with a girlfriend for lunch and I was really disappointed. Food was okay, but the service was horrible. Not very friendly, slow service and came to the table once just give us our food. I'm not expecting a lot during COVID but come on be a little friendlier. Won't recommend or come back.

I dislike giving poor reviews. I wish I can be helpful to all (especially small) business owners by being able to give excellent reviews. However I cannot compromise my honesty in Yelp. Further, I also write candid reviews as a (future) reminder to myself to never visit/stay away in case time passes and I'm looking up this restaurant. Chicken satay was literally and sadly the grossest I have ever tasted. The texture felt like rubber plastic that I had chew off with my teeth. Usually these sticks move fast in our family (5 of us). There were plenty of leftover and I had to scrap. And I'm the kind of person who never throws away anything. Of all the other items we ordered (pad kee mao; pineapple fried rice; crab Rangoon; fried tofu; black sticky rice etc) the only borderline edible items were fried tofu and sticky rice. Even then we still had leftovers. Sadly I feel like I wasted my DoorDash gift card that I received but I did want to try a new Thai place. Just for reference, I enjoy the Thai food on Main Street on DT Bellevue and another local place is on Factoria Blvd (local chain). Will stick with what I know.

Had a long lovely lunch here with a girl friend. Super friendly staffs who welcomed us to stay as long as we'd like. Brought us warm water (thank you! Yes, I don't like ice cold water even in the summer). Food is very tasty, likely the combination of friendly staff, and good company as well. We were told they don't use MSG (big plus!) Enjoyed the pad ke mao (basil wide noodles) and parang curry. Both were good and enjoyable. We ordered just enough and portion was generous but not too much that we stuffed ourselves. We would definitely return.

Bellevue Thai Kitchen is one of my go to places when I get Thai food to go. They are fast, the staff very friendly, and the food is hot and well packaged and ready when I arrive. Lots of great choices.

Absolutely incredible food and fast service. Their peanut sauce is dead on perfect and all their dishes have an amazing blend of flavors.

The setting looks beautiful, conducive for nice evening supper; the waitresses appear kind. The food was prepared prepared the timeline stated by them. Yet I'm giving it a 2-star review due to the food served. The $15 Tom Yum has only measly amount of tofu and chives/onion leaves, red shredded pepper, a lemongrass, and broth.

Thai Kitchen in Bellevue might be one of the earliest if not the very first Thai restaurants to break ground in the area. Either way, I found that Thai Kitchen serves all around the most well sorted Thai food on either side of Lake Washington. The kitchen here has always done a mighty fine job of balancing flavors and ingredients. The dining area is cozy and clean, and the servers are attentive, accommodating and amiable. For these reasons, I've always enjoyed dining at Thai Kitchen.
