This place is simply just okay. We went on a date night as we had heard great things. The young man with curly hair who got us bread and filled up our water was very kind, same with the guy doing the valet out back. They’re the reason it’s getting 3 stars. Considering the price you’re paying for a meal; you’d expect food that will at least make you feel like “mmmhm” feeling. I ordered the grilled crispy chicken, and it wasn’t anything crazy. I took my leftovers home, and added my own seasonings to bring the dish to life. The complimentary bread was difficult to chew, as it was relatively hard.

Went on a Friday night with a buddy to catch up and enjoy a nice dinner. Sat at the bar section and Jason served us. As always he's on top of his game and making sure that our drinks are not empty and his service is A+++. Food was excellent but I'm only giving 4 stars cuz the scallops were Lil less than perfect but still tasty. All in all a great dining experience. Thanks Jason!!!

I came here with my son for lunch. The service was amazing, they treated us like royalty (my 12th years son words :-), and the food was great, presentation and flavor wise.Prices were great for the value, I was actually surprised, as it is not expensive as the Google listing describes. We order duck and steak fritters, with salads for both, bread, wine and soft drink. We payed $90, witch is less than most places in the area.I’m definitely coming again, and will bring some friends. The place is filled with good wall art as well :).

Good food and good service. That was for as nice too. A little old-school, but nothing wrong with that.

Have been to Bis many times in the past. First time tonight since new ownership.Went for a special occasion. Food was good, but not great considering the price and reputation.Ahi not seared and not pink inside. Great sauce & veg tho.Green butter lettuce salad greens were amazing, but watery and bland sour cream based dressing. Caesar romaine was old and dressing was kinda dried out, salty and not creamy or rich.Small portion of halibut, barely warm to the table and dried out on top, great sauce and some tender moist bites tho. Ribeye was tender, but not hot to the table; boiled, soggy asparagus.Staff and cocktails were very good, but the kitchen isn’t there yet. Big shoes to fill.

For us this is a special once a year dinner. It’s expensive but very good. We have been going here for our anniversary for the last 3 years. Wonderful service and food. Some times the restaurant gets loud, but that is people just enjoying themselves.

This visit was for brunch... Bis just started a weekend brunch service a couple weeks ago... The menu is very good... the items we got were super fresh and delicious. The garden skillet had a beautiful mix of fresh rustic veggies and two perfectly poached eggs... the fresh made Biscuit was excellent. The Croque Madame was SO good!! Brioche, topped with quality ham, 2 over easy eggs, gruyere and a side salad with lemon olive oil vinaigrette... comes with fries but I sub'd salad, and it was a very good combo. And we finished with a basket of Beignets which were hot and fresh, coated in cinnamon sugar and powdered sugar with a side of chocolate dipping sauce...We always love the top-quality dinners and now we have a fav brunch spot in town! And the people are always the best here... Chef Bobby does an amazing job, especially with the food quality!

We had a nice dinner with friends and very much enjoyed our experience. The cozy back room provided a peaceful atmosphere without excessive noise. The food was exceptional, particularly the black cod, which had a perfect balance of flavor and deliciousness. The waiting staff were extremely pleasant and professional throughout our meal.

Very good. Crispy garlic chicken was quite tasty. Green beans were not, but I won't hold it against them. ?

Food is excellent- dining room was full - it was hard to hear each other due to some larger parties seated near us. Pricing is a little high - but that seems to be the norm these days.

I have never had a bad meal here and the service is always exceptional. I always bring my out-of-town guests to Bis on Main and it always appears to impress. Great place to dine if you want to make a positive impression.
