I love Blackbird. There are couple other Bubble tea shops in Bellevue downtown and i tried them all and this one is the best. The bubble tea always tastes awesome, workers are friendly. I tried their cakes and they are absolutely delicious!

This is my favorite bubble tea shop in all of Bellevue. The bubble tea is not too sweet, and the boba taste very fresh. I like to get the Oolong tea with Boba, 25% sweetness. However, if you are feeling like having a coffee then I highly recommend trying their coffee bubble tea. They use real espresso and the result is delicious. I love to stop by here after visiting the library.

Ruined my evening! I was in such cramps! I asked specifically for a dairy free boba tea and told the sales lady how badly dairy intolerant I am before ordering. She gave me an inpatient attitude and guaranteed the drink is dairy free, which is not! This is a health hazard! Terrible establishment !

I had the worst cramps and abdominal discomfort after having their tea. I'm very dairy intolerant and was asking and confirming with the sales lady to make sure my tea had no diary before ordering it. She RE-assured me that my tea is dairy free and even showed an agressive attitude when I told her I'm not at all dairy tolerant and to please make sure my tea has no dairy. Terrible service and products. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AR ALL.

Best bubble tea and bubble coffee in Bellevue. A hidden gem. I like the Assam tea with boba, 25% sweetness. I also love the coffee milk tea, they use espresso and it is excellent.
