That's a shocking price increase. It's not worth paying that money for.

I ordered the milk cream curry at lunch and was shocked in the price increase. About $20. Taste was average compared to previous experiences. Service is always friendly and fairly quick if you don’t arrive during lunch or dinner rush hour.

Boiling Point is a small hot pot restaurant with fresh ingredients and authentic and delicious taste. The most distinctive feature of the restaurant is House special hot pot. It has stinky tofu and pig intestines in it. They smell stinky, but they taste good. This small hot pot is the main and best-selling model in the restaurant . But for people who don't like stinky tofu and fat intestines, they may not accept it. If you can't accept it, you can eat beef hot pot. This one is suitable for public taste and is highly recommended. Seafood hot pot is not recommended, because there are few ingredients in it and the taste is relatively light. In order to take into account the tastes of people from more countries, the restaurant has also launched Korean, Japanese and Thai hot pot. Therefore, customers still have a lot of choices. In addition, this restaurant provides free iced black tea at noon, but not at night. This restaurant often needs to queue up, so it is recommended that you come and make an appointment early.

I got the milk cream curry flaming hot spice level. The food was very good but bland. The spice level was a medium at the most. Very disappointed in the spice. Service was average. I asked for hot oil which they show on their website but was told to use what was on the table which was not hot oil and not very hot at all. Other people I was with got Beef and also flaming hot. They were also disappointed in the spice level. We took most of it home so we could doctor it up with our own chili's and hot oil.

Almost always a little bit of a wait here even during weekday lunch. But so worth it for the food!Parking: Really small lot with tight spots that fills up quickly. I’ve had to park at the QFC before and walk over.

I'm incredibly disappointed with the service at this specific location. Upon arrival, despite there being no tables larger than five people ahead of us, the restaurant allowed a party of 13 to jump the queue. But in the mean time, table number 46 being seated before table 39(the party of 13) despite being after #39 in the queue. The ticket system was chaotic, with no indication on the screen of any tables larger than two people when we signed up, but the server keeps saying the big party shows from their back end system. After waiting for over an hour on a Wednesday evening, not only did the management fail to apologize, but server Krystal displayed rude behavior and eye-rolling us when we questioned. And finally, we ordered LESS SUGAR for boba tea that’s 25-30% sugar when we used to dine in here. They made 70% for us and saying they do NOT offer less sugar.- 50% is the lowest sugar level. UnbelievableOverall, the experience was unacceptable, and I would not recommend dining here. Avoid this location, the Chinatown one is much much better and more spacious.

The server whose name is Danwei was disrespectful and passive aggressive toward customers. He subtly belittled customers under the guise of conversing with a colleague, loud enough for them to overhear. This gave us an unwelcome and disappointing experience at Boiling Point.

prepare for 2 hours wait if you have large party. By large I mean party of 4 cause they don’t even call by party size. One person can take 4 people
Taiwanese people came here to eat when they were sightseeing and saw the famous Boiling Point. They thought the portion size was pretty good. The curry soup tasted similar to Taiwanese ones, but there were too many meatballs and it was sweet and not spicy. It didn’t seem like it would be a hot pot dish, but overall it was okay even though it took a long time to wait. It’s impressive to be able to taste something close to Taiwanese taste. But the only regret is that the waiters are all Chinese, but the specialty of Taiwanese hot pot may be misleading...

Waiting for food is increasingly becoming the norm around Bellevue, but this one is worth the wait. Went for lunch. You get an bubbling, exciting individual pot filled to the brim with meat and vegetables, soaking in a delicious broth, with a side of rice and a drink, all for ~25$ after tax and tip! A sandwich from Gilbert’s on main’s has higher prices on the menu! They can also refill the soup if needed. Wish the big blocky piece of fish tofu was a rice cake, but other than that a very satisfying and filling meal. Needed to drink a lot of water after tho

First time there, didn’t get served. Was told to wait 30-40min, after 40min was told to wait another hour, and the server doesn’t know how long to wait. She’s like not want to serve us at all. It’s just some hotpot not worth wasting this much time. Will never go there. That’s the bellevue site.
