They didn't have a very big selection of cakes as advertised on yelp so I was kind of disappointed in that. The prices are very high for what you get. When I first walked in, I was not greeted by an employee. She was behind the counter on her phone. When I asked to purchase a cake she told me the price of the cake. I did not ask for the price I asked to purchase and then she claims the cakes are made that day, but the cake itself was dry, uneven layers, and there was only one layer of the strawberry where I felt there should've been two. I had a blueberry cream cheese pastry, which was kind of dry and had a lot of blueberries on it, and it was canned gel like blueberry stuff.

A 1 inch Swiss roll is marked as $7.99. The Castella cake is just a cake base, gross. Go somewhere else please, this place is nasty and is a rip off.

Their bread is super fresh and very well made. Clearly better quality than Tous les Jours in the Bellevue HMart. Don't be dissuaded by the interior. The interior is outdates and a bit dark/gloomy, but the quality of their breads is great! Especially recommend trying their read bean donuts that are plated in the front by the cashier.

We love this bakery! We go as a family every Friday. It is so delicious and reasonably priced. We love the Morning Rolls and Croissants and also the Macarons. We got to have one of the cakes the other day too and it was SO delicious. Thank you for making this our special spot!!

It used to be a good place to grab Asian pastries but not anymore. I can understand the price has gone up a lot due to inflation but the quality really doesn’t justify the price. The pastry I got today with walnuts which taste very old so I had to throw it away. Also, I am not so sure why I am asked to tip like restaurants for just checking out.
This place is criminally underrated. The baked goods are works of art. The coffee is delicious and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. If you need ANY baked goods, a coffee, cake or anything else. This is the spot. You pay for quality.

Stale baguette and poor customer service. I came in to get a baguette, expecting one of good quality. I get home to find out I purchased a baguette that was at least a day old. The thing was hard as a rock. I called the store to question if they were selling day old goods as 'new' by mistake and all I got was 'sorry' and then hung up on. Buyer beware.

The melon bread here is my favorite. It's so soft with the creamy filling and sugar crusted top. I liked that the corn bread wasn't super crumbly like traditional corn bread and he had a subtle savory flavor. The almond croissant was pretty standard. The bread sticks were tasty with a sweet finish. I've been coming to Boulangerie for a while now and enjoy their pastries. They have yummy cakes too, great for birthdays. It's always a nice sweet treat after having pho next door!
