TL:DR - 7/10, a pretty good place with a decor problem and a lot to offer for food.The cafeteria layout and lack of decor can make this an uninviting choice but when you cross the threshold you find options. So many that it could be overwhelming. If you can navigate those then you'll find yourself amidst an array of typical curries and kebobs with some truly intriguing burgers. The burgers are assembled mostly in barbecue spec, the fries are slightly undercooked steak, and the egg on the burger is omelette style. Worth a try and we will be back.

Please read the complete review before deciding to eat here. Their food used to be fine (mainly the Seattle branch) but now it is terrible. I ate here last night and ordered chicken masala burger and goat masala burger and everything was cold even after having been told that they were preparing it fresh. We also ordered fries and they too were ice cold.Moreover, I used to think their food is halal after reading some early reviews here. But after reading so many recent reviews here last night stating that it isn’t halal I decided to ask them once again. They told me to my face that it is halal. I asked them to show me either a halal certificate or a storage bag which says halal or anything else that might satisfy me and then their whole tone and expression changed. The person who was taking the order started deflecting the question and said that the owners buy the ingredients not us. They had nothing to show for it. You would think that after so many poor reviews alleging that their food isn’t halal, they would either keep a halal certificate or at least a bag with a halal label in which they bought the chicken. However, that isn’t the case. Their meat isn’t halal and they are misleading people by saying it is halal. I was already going to give up on them after having been served cold food but this halal issue just adds insult to the injury.If you are coming here thinking that their food is halal, it isn’t. I would request all Muslim brothers and sisters to take their business to a different establishment that is legit and doesn’t mislead people and that actually serves good food. There are quite a few of them in the area.

The burger and fries fare were sub-par. Disappointing for a place with burgers in the name. Onions on California burger were incredibly bitter, and no pineapple came on our Hawaiian. Also, Chili cheese fries didn't have chili the food, but the spice instead; and were inedible because of extreme spiciness.

Came for a late night snack. Friendly staff, quick service.Ambiance: Half of the chairs were turned upside down, there was pretty bright lights on, and didn't seem like the heater was working. Styrofoam cups are the only option for the water. Food: Samosa- it was pretty spicy inside. It also hadn't fully cooked through, as the dough was still semi raw inside. 2/5The veggie burger with noodles- The noodles were very very hot, and the texture of the chao mian noodles was pretty over cooked. I'm not quite sure the fusion idea works well 1/5While not a go to, this definitely seems like a place to go to if no where else is open and a quick fix is needed.
Last night's dinner was Chicken masala burger at Burger hut, Bellevue.Juicy, tender, soft & filling loved the flavour.Haven't tried any other items on the menu, just the burger... Definitely a to go game changer if in case you are bored with the rest of the famous burger joints!

Amazing food, friendly staff, and a clean area to enjoy your meal - what more can you want?I came by last night with a friend, and the first thing I noticed was how brightly lit and clean it was! The staff was extremely friendly and helped us figure out what type of burger fit our tastes best.I decided to get the chicken masala burger, masala fries, and a mango shake. The mango shake was sweet, thick, and incredibly delicious - the perfect match to the spicy burger! The chicken was tender and juicy, but be aware - the meat comes in several small pieces, not one big patty! You may need a fork for all the pieces that fall out during a bite. The fries were soft, flavorful, and had a kick without being spicy.I absolutely love this place and will definitely be back the next time I'm in Bellevue!

LOVE IT!!!! It was 1 AM. Despite being out of it, they went ahead and prepared fresh portions of chhole bhature for us. The food (chhole bhature, masala onion rings, achari paneer burger, veggie burger) was fresh, hot, YUMMY and totally worth every penny. The portion size was also bigger than many other restaurants. Do visit if you are around and craving yummy Indian food.
