Atmosphere: The only positive aspect here is the atmosphere. It’s Capital One-themed, and no one will actively sell you anything. There’s plenty of space to sit, along with several focus rooms. The Wi-Fi is consistently fast, offering around 30 Mbps down and 10 Mbps up.Iced Beverage: Unfortunately, the iced beverage falls short. It’s bland, and the issue lies in the excessive ice. I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s a full cup of ice. You can witness the barista filling up the 16 oz cup primarily with ice.Service: The service is very subpar. With only one barista working, don’t expect a warm greeting until they’ve finished the last batch of orders. Additionally, they don’t take down your name, resulting in orders being shouted out and left on the counter. In fact, someone almost took my order because of this oversight.

Coffee is much better than Starbucks. Atmosphere is good. ??

I loooove this cafe, they are always, friendly and greet their customers, even when they are busy, or just have one batista, I get my chai, always at the right temperature, not lukewarm, or superhot, they make sure to let me know when they have new ones on their menu, cause, I miss reading it, I then end up falling in love with their seasonal drinks ..??I forget the name of the barista but she always makes my day, and smiles alot! ?

I've read some of the reviews for this location however it was nothing like what I experienced.First, when I went in there was no one at the counter. I stood for a while thinking someone would eventually pop out. I had to walk around the corner searching for help. I found her standing in the back of the bar doing absolutely nothing just standing there staring off into space.I asked her to help me with my order. She finally came from the back where she was just standing ignoring the front counter.Second, the coffee I ordered waswas lukewarm. I then had requested sugar packets from her. Her response? She said: "Just a moment, I'll get some for you." Needless to say I was once again ignored. I waited for approximately 5 minutes. I then went back to the counter to ask what happened. There she was, no customers, sitting at her computer. I asked her what happened, you never gave me the sugar I requested. She turns very briefly, looks at me and says uh-huh and then looked away. And she never got up to get the sugar for me.Needless to say I left that coffee shop called Capital One coffee. I'll never step another foot into that location.

Four stars for a perfect and comfortable self-study environment! There is a separate room on the first floor for self-study. The only drawback is that the original sockets seem to be covered with paint and there are no sockets in the room. But overall the environment is very good, very suitable for self-study. I heard that the coffee is not good, so I ordered a ginger-flavored drink and it was okay. But yesterday was a little unpleasant. We were studying in the room during the study, and suddenly someone was yelling and swearing outside... He was so frightened to death that he cursed and cursed. I hope security can be strengthened (that person cursed for a long time)

$8.50 for a medium vanilla oatmilk latte that was average?! The service was also not great. I stood at the counter for several minutes while the baristas were chatting amongst themselves.

Right downtown smack dab in Bellevue you have Capital One Cafe. You don't have to be a card holder member to enter however, you get some neat perks such as half off signature drinks if you do have a Capital One card. The service, drinks, and atmosphere here is phenomenal. The building itself is spectacular and very aesthetic. Highly recommend to check it out if you're visiting the Bellevue Mall as it's right across the street.Dietary restrictions: They had an option for oat milk.

If you have Capital One cards, you get a straight 50% discount. Good environment to work.Nothing bad to say but I was left a bit unimpressed with the coffee in here.

Shop was nice, the barista was a bit impatient. She explained something that I didn’t quite understand. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Also made me not want to be there.

I host a weekly roundtable at this cafe and love the atmosphere and people. The staff is friendly and accommodate my roundtable attendees with grace and humility. The cafe is great for snacks and coffees and the ambassadors do a great job too!

A nice, quiet place to relax and/or be productive downtown. Open to all, whether you’re a Capital One customer or not (though customers do get 50% off at the coffee bar). Plenty of tables to sit and work alone or with small groups, and there are also some small two-person conference rooms available on a first come first served basis.

Tried honey lavender latte and it was really good. 50% for capital one customer was extra nice. Plenty of cozy space to sit and do some work or read a book.

Coffee is ok, space is big and relatively quiet (second floor). For folks wondering, parking is free on weekends and 3 hours on weekdays (need validation).
