Highly recommended. Bets Persian food in Bellevue/Redmond/Seattle area. Great food. I’ve had a lamb shank with top notch quality. The environment is calm, clean with friendly staff. Top Persian place to have a meal.

Unfortunately this place has gone downhill. We come all the way from Spokane to have their food once a year. The last several years they have been take out only, but they are now dine in. We thought we'd try dining in. It was the first and last time that will happen. The food was okay, but lacked flavor and enough heat, as in they didn't heat it up long enough. Then we were charged 20%Gratuity, which while not illegal, (because it says in small print at the bottom of menu)(party of only 2) left a bad taste in our mouth. We also never received butter when all tables around us got butter. Probably an oversight on their part, but still for such an expensive dinner, you expect better. Unfortunately we will not be back.My recommendation is just do take out or nothing at all. Sad we came 4 hours plus 45 minutes in heavy traffic.

This is a restaurant that has been around for while. The food is generally good. However, during my last visit there was an unannounced 20% forced tip. Tip is at the discretion of the customer. It cannot be forced onto customer. Store also cannot set the rate. Adding 20% to the bill without even giving the customer an option is disrespectful. Therefore, I am not going to this restaurant anymore. What you do may be legal but it is not customer friendly. You will probably make more money in the short term but will lose customers in the long term.

Had the lamb kabob and baba ghanoush. I was a little disappointed with both. The baba ghanoush had a very thin almost watery consistency and was very much lacking in flavor. The lamb chunks in the kebab were tough. Didn't finish either plate.

Very rude and unprofessional management. We just walked out upon arrival due to his insult actions. Never seen a business like this in my life even in 3rd world country. We got there at 2:30 pm and he said we are closed while their website shows the restaurant is open and some customers were sitting at the tables. I mentioned that we came from a long distance and we very hungry, the owner said this time I let you in but next time call before you come. I answered I didn’t know that I have to call when I am going to a restaurant to have lunch. This guy who seems to be the owner rudely asked us to leave and said we are closed. I should report his actions and his business to BBB and local chamber of commerce. I am wondering why a public restaurant door should be closed during the business hours operations? Fishy business.

First time visiting Caspian. The menu was explained to us in detail to help us. We ordered the lamb kabob, beef stew and the eggplant side dish. Our meal came with a salad and flatbread. Service was great and the food was delicious. I really liked the char flavor on the eggplant dip. We also had a baklava for dessert. It had a hint of rose in.

Service was fine, atmosphere was good however food was very lacking. The chicken we got also had a lot of raw pink spots unfortunately. Also they automatically add a 20% tip on top which is not mentioned before.

This place is horrible! I wish I can give Zero star to this resturant. Rude customer service and unhappy to do the job. I’m glad it was last time to be there! If you’re unhappy to serve find a different job.

The owner was so rude and nasty. The rice was watery and it was like previously frozen. The kebab wasn't good either. The owner was and the old lady were arguing with me and sending me to my car to call the restaurant to put an order when I was already in front of the restaurant, when I tried to tell them that their website says dine-in available they called me out and I had to show them what website said. I paid over $100 and the food was disgusting and the both owners were unbelievably rudeCaspian restaurant was one of my favorite restaurants. What happened to them?Such a shame

Well, first of all While the food at this supposedly fancy restaurant was enjoyable for our lunch, I felt unpleasantly surprised when they automatically added a 20% gratuity charge for just two people without informing us beforehand. I politely informed the staff that this practice seemed unfair and possibly illegal. To my dismay, they included additional charges, the nature of which I wasn't clear about. Moreover, a $10 charge for a cup of tea and an extra $7 in fees contributed to a final bill of $84 for two simple dishes listed at $24 each on the menu! This experience left me feeling disappointed, and I would caution others to be wary of this restaurant. Big scam restaurant!!!
