Food is fine and not usually the issue. Ordering from the app almost always results in something missing from our order. Their system is broken so that food is never waiting on the shelf, you must always ask someone to get your food. There are always confused customers wondering where their orders show up.
Best advice for this location is to order through app or online and then pick up.Worst and unfriendliest people ever. Don’t work in the industry if you can’t handle it. At least they all had the same attitude as a team so I can’t knock the team work?

I ordered multiple times from Bellevue and Redmond areas and so far I don't have any issues so far but couple of days before we (3) visited and ordered 3 bowls (2 chicken + 1 Veg), all the three boxes are not enough quantity food compared to all our previous orders/visits, the quantity seems just 3/4 of the bowl, so I asked the staff and manager for the same and they simply asked to connect with Support team without even taking care about why we felt that way.
