The other workers were just fine, but there is a particular problem with one of their cashiers. She has a serious attitude problem and a complete lack of customer service. She got pissed off that I wanted to use my points. Eye rolling and a large enough sigh that anyone with 2 brains cells could find to be rude behavior. I got my free fountain drink but the soda machine was only giving out carbonated water. I let the staff know and a guy said he’ll fix it. I stood around holding my to go order for 10 mins and asked if I could just get a coke from the fridge and pay the difference. Nope she refused and said the guy will fix the machine. Seconds later he came out and said the soda machine is functional now. I didn’t appreciate her service and attitude. Off rip, I think you’d be able to tell which worker she is

the menu lists $5 for a "kids quesadilla" but when I ordered it from Ivan (who is apparently the manager), he didn't tell me they they charge $10 for adults, and because it was already made I had to pay that amount. they surprised me and were not up front about their pricing!! I will never come back to this location. avoid this

They have had their issues and fortunately I didn't have to deal with any of that back then. Otherwise I have been happy with the food I have had there. I don't go that often, but when I do I am totally satisfied.Parking: There is a decent amount of parking in the garage and they do have a couple marked spots specifically for the restaurant, but you may have to park a few rows back depending on the day and time.

I have been having brutal experiences with chipotle recently. True hardships once I get to that checkout counter. But today it all changed... Bellevue chipotle had the dressing. I will forever cherish the time I spent in Bellevue chipotle. I love you forever!

The Manager here (Eric I think) helped us in a bind. We were doing a catering order and kept having errors on the backend to create the order. MoMo from Colorado was on the corporate line communicating with the manager to help us. After calling 2-3 other stores that are all very close to this one, the manager here stepped up and said they could help us even though we didn't meet the 24 hour requirement they have online. We still gave them about 8 hours.Food was great and was ready on time. Thank you for giving us a great experience here. #WeloveChipotle!

We stopped by this chipotle and ordered to go. We were a little skeptical based on the reviews, but we had an excellent experience. Their staff was friendly and efficient, they gave generous portions, and were extremely patient as we ordered a couple extras for friends. They were proactively refilling anything that was running low, not holding up anyone in line. Their store was clean and pleasant. I highly recommend this location!

Had a catering order for 50. Order was cancelled 1 hour before it was supposed to be delivered. PANIC ATTACK, how could this be... This order was prepaid a month in advance (over $500). The manager Ian was rude and defensive, never apologized only blamed door dash. They should not say they offer delivery then, which by the way was $75 to deliver it 3 blocks away. If they offer delivery through a 3rd party that they choose then they are responsible. We ended up ordering an uber and picking it up ourselves. All chipotle did was refund the delivery, set up and tip that we paid. No kidding that needed to be refunded. Had to call another time to get better compensation for the total chaos they caused. We also asked that the burritos be cut in 1/2 of course that didn't happen either. Terrible and unnecessary stress caused by Chipotle.
