Went there about 10 years ago now... never going back.While i was in that atrocious building i was taken over by a terrible case of food poisonings which i can confirm was brought on by the wretched mouse...I am a victim of Chuk E Chees's violent tendancies. He bit off my arm. Only leaving a stub... And a bloody mess. Organs flying everywhere.

We got there at it wasn't busy. No party's happening ..very few people there. We ordered a pizza and 3 cards with time on them so we can play while we wait and then eat and finish our play time.The cards we were handed got messed up and they had to remake them...when they did they made us cards we weren't allowed to pause. So we figured wait for the pizza usually 20 mins and then play when we are done. It took almost an hour for our pizza to be done. After checking with them and them saying "it's about to come out" 3 different times. I finally went to the pick up window and they were just finishing our pizza, but our cheese sticks had been sitting for god knows how long and we're cold.We ate our pizza and started playing games... it was fun besides about 30% of. The machines didn't work, but they allowed you to tap your card.We definitely won't be back here. We will go to dave and busters for any game play from now on.

This is the awesomest place ever, went there on a weekday and had so much fun, i hope they dont get rid of the old stuff because it actually seems pretty well kept and i can tell the owners care about this place. As a longterm chuck e cheese fan, this is the best chuck e cheese i've ever seen, and i hope it stays just as amazing as it is. TOTALLY VISIT ITS SO WORTH IT(ski ball is so much fun)

We had to wait for over an hour to get our food. We had to cancel the order after waiting for so long and had to go to McDonalds. The manger was so rude and with child like manor.

The salad bar was just about empty but I still got charged for it. Then I ordered wings and a hour and half later I still didn’t get it. They said they lost my order. By then I was ready to leave so I got a refund. The old Chuck E. Cheese was better. This was garbage. I am never taking my grandkids there again.

It was our first time visiting CEC. We booked it online and saw the mixed reviews about the place? however, Our experience was fantastic. It was not very expensive, thanks to the gift cards and coupons that worked. My host and on duty manager helped us well and happily. We had good time there.My daughter lost her birthday girl band and there wS no Lost n found box or arrangement in place so that was little upsetting for her but manager got her a band and made her forget that???.
I came at 7:30PM on Thursday and they are closed. Close time they mentioned 8PM. First time when loaded money for 30min, they never mentioned minutes are only 24hrs valid. fact is if it is points they never expired. lost money without knowing it.
