I love this national chain that provides tasty ice-cream treats. This location is very convenient when shopping the mall and there are many comfortable places sit and enjoy your purchase. FOLLOW ME for more thoughtful recommendations as I travel the world ?
My kids love this place but for a while, it has been super hard to justify taking my business to them. The prices are going up but the quantity of ice cream in the cup is going down every visit, no matter what size you buy. Last visit, the experience was also pretty bad since the associate was super distracted by the growing line. Even after pointing out, they got our order wrong.

I don't get Cold Stone too often, and I don't why, but I always enjoy their ice cream. It's rich and creamy, and like the variety of toppings. We got here just in time, because it got really busy after us, even though it was a dark, rainy, and weekday night. Staff was very friendly.
