Worst service I've ever experienced. Went in and asked for food and drinks... the waiter got our drinks and said she would come back for the food. 30 minutes passed and we asked if we could order food again. The waiter once again said I'll take your order in a minute and brought us another beer. We were so hungry and another 30 minutes passed, we asked her to close the tab and that's when she asked if we wanted to order food. We left never coming back

We ALWAYS came here to got some drinks and play, but today we got a new server Dana, the bar wasn't pack and we have to wait like 30 min to get our second drink, she passed next to us many times but just ignored us, even one person never got her attention and he just left, because she was with another person that came after him, he was waiting for alone for a long time. I love this place, but now make me rethink to come here or just drive a little more to go Lucky Strike for better customer service.

We had our party on Sunday and we got the back half of the room. The other party took over one of our tables for most of the party. Then they were eating and drinking from our area. I finally said something to the servers when we did cake cause my guest had to squish into our 1 long table and 3- 4 top tables. The sever talkto to the server of the other party and they moved off our table but my party was done by this time with cake. The other party opened gifts blocking us from getting to our drink station. Then as I was talking to the server kids from the other party came over to our area and started going through our things. The server went to talk to the manager. He came down and i told him everything. I also explained I'm not happy pay over $1000 for someone else's guest to enjoy. All he said was he would talk to the people that put events together. I understood that I would be sharing the space. I was respectful of there space they were renting. I'm very upset that I paid for them to enjoy what was ment for my guest. Then to not be compensated for not being able to use what I was promised. Also suppling food and drinks for their guest to have them block access for my guest to get drinks. This was not what I was told on the contract. I'm so beyond unsatisfied with my experience.

Very Disappointed this time. The reason why I'm writing this review is because of the service that I received last night and for them not to believe our situation with our point card. We were missing 4o + points, I had my kids explain to three people and they all said "no it's accurate" so the last person brought a manager to me and asked me "what's the issue?" So I had to explain for my kids and they finally printed a time line and you can see the hoop session kept charging every three seconds for many times and my kids only played 3. Manager said "well, if you leave it close the scanner it will keep charging" and when I was telling her how many points she cuts me off and firmly told me "I'm giving you 10 dollars credit and that's it" I could have been a total B*tch especially me working a 10 hr shift and bringing my kids here straight after work but I didn't wanna ruin my kids night because they been asking me to take them back here. I take my children here almost every week and for their birthdays since they opened. I always received excellent service and this is the reason why it was my favorite D&B location. We would bring our family and friends here for both my son's birthdays. The past managers were so KIND and ALWAYS checked on us. So for the group of employees that worked last night, I'm disappointed that you guys didn't believe us. Funny thing it was 40+ points and my kids were treated like liars. I will be taking a break from this location for now. I do want to add the servers in food area are Excellent and provide great customer service so this makes me a little sad. Hopefully you guys still have the managers that were there last month. Manager with the long white hair is TOP NOTCH when it comes to customer service, very welcoming, and made us feel at home each time we were there and always made sure we had everything and our waitress was also the same.

Fam and I came to play some games after a very early dinner nearby. It was on a late afternoon on a Wednesday. Wasn't very crowded at all and bonus-1/2 off games and food! Another plus because it was an off time, it wasn't so noisy and no lines at all-very chill! If you can go at this time, it's very enjoyable

A great place to have fun with the family or friends. Fun games and a range of entertainment. The new app and abilities to transfer 'chips' aka game tokens, makes keeping kids focused is much easier ? My only gripe would be it's not cheap if you are taking a family to play, and if your kids are anything like mine, those tokens go fast!

Sitting at the bar and nobody came to take drinks or food. Actually had the bartender walk by me multiple times and not make eye contact, or ackowledge my presence when I raised my hand. Idk if it was just a terrible day for her, or if I was seated in the wrong position and nobody told me. But unprofessional and off-putting. In the end it saved me money because I just walked out.

I rarely leave reviews but the customer service was so amazing! As soon as you walk in the greeter is so kind & helpful. The bartenders were probably the nicest bartenders I’ve ever had. The staff was overall
Little noisy for me and really dark i have sensory issues so thats the only reason its a 3. Went here for my bday for the first time definilty recommend over round one or chuck e cheese. I just felt like there was more to play and it was way easier to get prizes. Food was pretty good <3 Manager and staff were incredibly nice and welcoming not standoffish like other places I've been. 10/10 would go again.~
