The dim sum is very good, just very pricey! If you have the extra 20 minutes to drive across the bridge into China town the dim sum is half the cost and taste the same.

Good food but slow service it took more than 40 minutes to get one order of sticky rice

Terrible & slow service. Waiters yelling/chatting with another totally ignoring how uncomfortable customers feel. Terrible food one of the worst dim sum I've ever tried. Waiter straight up forgot one of our orders and kept us waiting for 20 mins. Won't return for sure.

Three observations. They close the kitchen between 3:30pm and 4:00pm. However, there is no sign on the door stating this. So, I witnessed several parties being turned away at the door who looked not very happy.Second, the wait staff practically shouts at each other in the dining room. Maybe I should show some cultural sensitivity, but people shouting in my ear while I am trying to eat is something I cannot get used to.Third, our waiter demanded a cash tip. Seriously? Why not let the customer decide how they want to tip?Overall, the food was tasty but the customer service really detracts from the dining experience.

Disclaimer: currently visiting from Los Angeles and as a Korean Taiwanese family, we have eaten our fair share of Xiaolongbao and dimsum all ranging from the best ever -- to the worst ever, with the worst happening today. While being across the hallway at Funtastic Playtorium, my wife spotted the large dim sum storefront sign and suggested that I order takeout for dinner today. This is how it went... The breading on the salt pepper pork chop is extremely doughy. It's interesting bc the flavor that you're looking for is there however, you're then quickly turned off by the flour batter the more you eat it as it progressively gets soggier and soggier. Beef Noodle Soup was awful. If your breading is bad, your dough is bad. If your dough is bad, your noodles are bad. If the noodles are bad, the XLB has to be bad. XLB skin is disgusting. Soup is very sour and meat inside is questionable. ??? I took one bite and spat it out. The Shumai is ugly and very greasy. We threw everything away except for the Chinese Broccoli. Spent $75 and ate about $8 worth. That was our experience today. If this business cares about customer experiences, they will use this info as constructive feedback to better their establishment. I could have performed a full credit card dispute with this business but chose not to. I know how hard this Covid season has been on everyone running a business. I gave them 2 stars for taking the risk and dealing with all the struggles involved in opening a new business. However, the food is horrible.

Very expensive for a "dim sum" place. I wouldn't come here with the expectation of a traditional dim sum place that you can order alot of different dishes because each dim sum dish is $10-15 each. The portions are larger so the price is reflective of that but not the experience I was thinking of with a place called dim sum factory.Service was fine. They did state that cash tip preferred.. it didn't bother me too much as similar things have been asked at places I've been to in NYC, LA and Chicago Chinatowns... Just a surprised because it did seem they were trying to appeal to more of an upscale dining experience than a traditional dim sum place.Food was decent but again if I want dim sum there are other places that give me the experience I want with dim sum.

Food was fine customer service was terrible. Waiter brought the bill over to us and said please leave cash for the tip. We decide to leave cash even though that was a very rude thing to ask. We put it on the on the table. He comes by and grabs the bill and looks at it within 2 seconds. He turns around and says where's the tip?? I would highly recommend staying away from this place. Clearly other people have complained about the customer service also.

Walked in and the waiter didn’t come to the entrance to greet us, instead, he waived us over. it wasn’t very busy. He came and took our tea cups away and after that we never saw him since because others were serving us. We ordered through our phones and his co worker(s) served us. At the end i asked for a check and he came to give it to us and I gave no tip because i couldn’t justify what i was tipping for and he chase me down to ask for tip. very unprofessional and i felt pressured and violated.food was okay i had better.

I was hesitant to go bc of some bad reviews about slow service and food quality but the I was pleasantly surprised. We were seated right away and the service was very quick. The staff is very friendly and the food is great(I would recommend the taro buns and shiu mai!) I would highly recommend!

Absolutely garbage. Service was awful. We waited 20 min then we didn't come until the second time they called our number after saying for us to wait outside and they gave our table away. Food was meh... they were out of actual dim sum by 2pm. This should be called a dumpling factory. Their name is very miss leading. Don't waste your time. We ordered the shrimp dumplings and it came out smelling like rotten fish that had been sitting in the sun. It was not eaten.

Well... That was a huge ripoff and disappointment to be honest. This place does not deserve any stars if I could I would put a big fat zero star. This place was so expensive but the food literally tasted like dog turd. I would never ever recommend you to come to this restaurant honestly you could do better starving yourself. Oh and don't get me started on the customer service. My group and I are disappointed and feel very disrespected as a customer. If Gordon Ramsay ever came here you guys would be out of business immediately. And also they served us with paper plates and plastic utensils for the price you pay is not even close to worth it. Well yeah make ur decision you can go across the street to another dim sum place (top gun) much better food and service there.

This food was extremely f****** horrible the prices were absolutely ridiculous the customer service was very bad. This was honestly the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Food was flavorless the server was a complete r****** very disrespectful and just awful man, can't describe how bad this place was you just have to be there to witness it for your own eyes I do not recommend coming here ever even if it's the last place that's open I would starve myself like a dog then eat that food.
