The staff and delivery person are very rude. In the middle of Monday busy meetings, I had ordered a pizza from the store and paid $8.99 delivery fee for door step delivery. The delivery guy Edwardo refused to deliver it to the apartment by giving excuse of door locked. I did provide the access code but he just wasn’t willing to try. When I was going down to the lobby, he didn’t have patience to wait and suggested to leave the order. I called the store manager ( Kacie) to complain and he just asked me if it’s that much of a problem, you can stop ordering from our store. No customer service at all. It’s like they don’t care anymore. I have been using dominos for a year now and haven’t faced anyone with such a rude personality.

I was short of 0.6 cents and the guy sent me back. Seriously? I have tipped 20% to pizza guys. Give me my tips back from previous order to make it even. Extremely rude and racist. They just sent me back.Worst service. Never coming back again.

I've tipped dominoes several times. Today I forgot $1 and I went in with 11.89 for a $12.16 bill. Was short by a few cents. The guy snatched my pizza. Why don't you return the tip I gave in my previous transaction to cover? Let's make it even. Never tip non empathetic corporate greedy dominos.

Honestly good pizza but the girl that takes orders on phone was so weird i kept asking for a large and she kept saying no medium, they also messed up our orders like 3 times ? idk whats up with that. The customer service in the store is really good the workers are very nice.

Ordered an Extravaganza pizza with extra cheese but received a burnt, thin-crust pizza with only jalapenos and olives as toppings.(other toppings I requested were missing ).It was excessively greasy, overly salty, and inedible. Picking it up in person wasted my time and energy, adding to the disappointment.Horrible experience.

This location is pretty consistent. In my experience, despite the entire economy being short-staffed, I wouldn’t have even guessed they were short-staffed as my orders have been solid. They’re all about making your experience right but within reason.

This staff is amazing. I was having trouble with the app and even though they were one minute from closing Brian and the manager and the staff made my wife’s order she was very hangry today. This location is always on point very fast. Great quality food. Pizzas always look amazing. They turned a possible disaster day into something very positive, but she don’t need too often
