The dumplings are tasty and never disappoint. The service is quick and good comes out fast. The ambiance is nice with lots of wood decor and amber lighting.

There food is awesome. But definitely have issues with there services.Seems like they take more care of native people orders vs people of different origin. This is the second time, I had the same experience. The some people who came 10 minutes after me, come in minutes. While for my order they took 30 minutes. For people who came after me, there was person to take order. For our order they came after 20 minutes and on top of that they forget to bring my drink. Definitely some issues, which they should fix.

This place used to be one of my favorite restaurants in Bellevue. I used to go almost once a week. But they got rid of all of their vegan/vegetarian options. Very disappointing. ?

Honestly really great option if you want some buns/dumplings and not in the mood to deal with the possible crowd or prices at Din Tai Fung. Really solid chain, and the Bellevue location is decently spacious. Clean spot and well-scattered seating. They have an online menu with pictures so that should be really helpful. The spicy beef pancake roll is always an absolute essential for me when I eat at these types of dumplings restaurants. I almost look forward to this dish more than anything else sometimes. The spicy version is not that spicy, and has more flavor. I'll always get spicy over non-spicy. Wontons are great, I think there were like 6-8 in there from what I remember. Q-Bao as described, is one of their featured dishes. Crunchy bottom, soft top with a soupy center. Careful biting into these as they are hot and juices will literally shoot out!

Grabbed dinner at Dough Zone while on a work trip with my boyfriend. Love the area this location is at, great for taking a stroll or checking out the nearby park. It was a chilly night, so we decided to grab some yummy soup and dumplings. We ordered the Pork XLB, beef noodle stew soup, cucumbers, and the Bao buns. The dumplings and the soup stood out the most, but would still vote Din Tai Fung as my number one go to for soup dumplings.

The best dough zone in the entire Seattle area by a wide margin. The quality is great!

One of our favorites. Good, fast, affordable. We're vegetarian and have a few go-to's, including the Sichuan noodles, cucumber salad, and the romain salad with sesame dressing. The vegetarian dumplings are, unfortunately, not good. Both texture and flavor have been disappointing enough times, we don't bother anymore.

I was skeptical coming to Dough Zone because I really like Din Tai Fung and have been burned when going to restaurants that are compared to Din Tai Fung. They are not the same, but I really enjoy both. Flavors are different, concept is similar. I came on a Friday night and a Saturday afternoon and was able to get seated promptly. The restaurant is spacious and has a relaxed atmosphere. There are also plenty of places around to grab a drink or dessert after.

Even when it was busy for a weekend evening, we were seated almost immediately! The interior was so pretty and I loved how the atmosphere was. Everyone was very kind and helped us out whenever we needed it. We got: Pork Xiao Long Bao, Q-Bao, Fried Wontons w/ Chili Sauce, Chicken & Vegetable Wontons w/ Chili Sauce, Sweet & Sour Cucumber, Dan Dan Noodles, and Noodles w/ Minced Pork! Everything tasted so fresh and delicious! My favorite would be the noodle dishes! I loved them so much!

Everything was so good! We tried the soup dumplings, wontons, green onion pancake and the pan fried bao, they were all delicious! Will definitely be back!

Dough Zone is a chill spot for some Chinese grub. The Q Bao buns steal the show - seriously, they're bomb! The rest of the menu's pretty solid too, with dumplings and noodles to fill you up. I usually get the xiao long bao or the cucumbers. The cucumbers are very inconsistent though. It's either going to be a hit or miss - either very flavorful or little to no flavor. Sometimes the taste and service can be a bit hit or miss, but hey, it's all part of the experience, right? So if you're down for some tasty eats and a laid-back vibe, swing by Dough Zone and don't skip those Q Bao buns!
