I've come here multiple times for take out now. Their lengua tacos are my go to, because they are very delicious, tender, and perfectly seasoned. Their horchata is some of the best in the area and it's made to be drank with ice. If you ask for it without ice (which I generally do), you can cut it with extra milk and still get a TON of flavor. Burritos are also very tasty, although not as big as some other food trucks.Prices are reasonable, and I appreciate that they have hand sanitizer, a hand washing station, and tables under the shade.

Food was okay not bad but not fresh authentic flavor by any means.

I've been a loyal customer of El Maestro Del Taco for years now and I'm so glad they opened up a new location. The old food truck was always packed and you had to wait in line for ages but their new location is so much better! The food is still the same delicious Mexican flavors that I love but now I don't have to wait in line forever! El Maestro Del Taco definitely lives up to its name.

This truck is on par with, or maybe even better than my favorite Bay Area taco places. Delicious. I recommend the lengua tacos.

The tacos were so delicious and the service was great! They have outdoor seating or you can take your order to-go.

El Maestro has been on my list of food trucks to visit since they made Yelps top 100 list in 2021, so today was the day and it definitely lived up to my expectations. The sopes were perfectly prepared as were the toppings (chicken). Yep, super delicious delicious and now I can't wait to go back. They would have earned one of my rare 5 star reviews, except for the styrofoam takeout containers and plastic bag. The food warranted it, though. Everything was perfectly seasoned, without being too salty, which can be hard to find these days. And I loved the toppings and ever so slight crispiness to the sope.

Best tacos I've tried in Seattle. I miss the taco trucks in California so we are willing to make the drive. Their carne asada burritos are so yummy. Al pastor tacos are delicious as well.

I'm not a fan of tacos, but these tacos are amazing! They are obviously best when they are fresh, but I've had them an hour or two later and they're good, too. The reason why I know is I usually have my brother in law pick them up for me during work and bring them back home an hour away. That's how amazing they are! It can be a little cold when you're eating at the food truck, but they have heat lamps and some chairs, benches, and tables for you to enjoy your food. We just had it even though I was FREEZING, and it was so worth it!

Delicious Tacos. Got a meal for 2 for $20, which hasn't happened since 2020 for me. Nice heated outdoor seating. Highly recommend.

This is by far my favorite taco place ever!!! I usually order their beef carne asada mulitas and their beef tacos - 11/10! Everyone working is really friendly and service is really good. Would highly recommend to everyone

It was good. We got burritos (carne asada and el pastor), but we should have gotten tacos. The ambiance was nice- covered and heated outdoor seating with coverage
