I feel like the ladies working today are very discriminative and not professional .They could not even trace my online order and my sister had to wait a good 30min or so to be served .I feel like it was a racial discrimination because she was black when other people came in they were served well .Been a customer here for a while but I see myself looking for another emerald smoothie spot

The stores of Park Row know the rules very well and how it all works. They are to provide you a coupon code to apply in the parking app. You need to address it with them.

The guy behind the counter was very dismissive. Clearly zero customer service, but the sarcastic tone felt like a slap to the face. Didn't care to tip, and didn't care to sit there while having my smoothie. I don't think I'll be coming back

Mediocre smoothies from a mediocre employee with blood on his face. The employee mopping was nice and helpful, but the guy behind the stand didn't care. Asked him two simple questions, and he got sarcastic.

I have been going to this smoothie for a few years now. The smoothies are great but the owner allows his employees to be rude and disrespectful. I usually never have a problem with any of the employees. But today I said good morning how are you? And this tall, dark haired, and skinny white guy ignored me. He Just went straight to asking what can he get for me? I addressed the fact that I told him good morning and he ignored me. So he claims that he’s not playing that with me today and he refused service because I simply said that when someone is saying good morning that he should have the courtesy to acknowledge it. I also asked for his name and he refused to give me his name and said he doesn’t have to. He also told me that I need to leave the store. Then someone else walks in that not black and his tone suddenly changes and he becomes professional. I was in there today January 24th, at 10:25 am. I don’t if it’s discrimination or having a bad day. But this is not how business should be conducted. I suggest people take their money elsewhere.

For one your employees don't know what they are doing and second neither does any of the management, they can't figure anything out or what's going on with anything, and third they shouldn't be handling the hiring or anything else in that matter, and for your employees goes for the same thing ?????

I love this Emerald City smoothie it’s always clean and the staff are super friendly. I can be indecisive, and they are always helpful when taking the time to narrow down what I want. They’ve got decent deals on their supplements too
