They DO NOT work based on when the order was received. They PRIORITIZE IN-PERSON order and I regretted placing an online order, should have just ordered in the store. Waited forever.2. Ordered a salad that has avocado by default (El Sombrero), they said at pickup they are out of avocado and I need to call the day after to get a refund for avocado. What kind of salad place doesn’t have avocado? ? also, why did you allow me to order this salad if the avocado is sold out?3. No bread. I didn’t choose “no bread” in online order so why there’s no bread? Frustrating. Check if they gave you the bread before leaving the store.

Earlier last year, with the best intentions, I reached out to your leadership team directly and on two social media platforms to bring concerns to your attention regarding a particular manager (Liz). After not receiving a response until two months later via Google, it was honestly difficult to perceive the comment as expressing genuine concern with the egregious behavior that has become both consistent with my continued experience and that which has apparently resulted in several employees leaving your Bellevue store.Rather than detailing here how these issues have only persisted vicariously through certain members, especially while this manager is present, and how the experiences of others closely match my own, I attempted to submit this feedback through your website. Unfortunately, the feedback form was not functioning, heightening my concern about the lack of accessible communication channels. As a loyal customer for almost a decade, honored to call many of your past and present employees friends, I ask for an alternative means to connect or speak directly regarding these serious issues.Thank you for being proactive in providing healthy, safe, and nurturing foods for the physical health of our community. I hope you are equally committed to these same virtues for the mental and emotional health of your customers and employees alike.

Not sure what is going on with the employees in this place but absolute cringe customer service. Stopped in for a quick takeout order. I left feeling sick to my stomach from odd social interactions with the staff. Cold and shaming communication style just like a typical McDonalds. Almost threw out the food because I didn’t want to put anything from that place inside of me. I ate it however, and the food was actually really delicious. I would probably check out another location but I will never go here again.

Let's be honest, Evergreens has always been your typical, run-of-the-mill salad joint without any frills. Now, by limiting the ingredients and driving up the salad's cost, they risk losing customers, myself included. I'm essentially paying $15 for lettuce and some components I could easily prepare at home. RIP we had a good run.

Was having a good experience so far but lately they have been missing out on the veggies to be added. There have been multiple times when I had ordered broccoli/ cauliflower/ chickpeas but it wasn’t added to the bowl. It’s written on the receipt but it’s not present in the bowl!

Well, if you are looking for a place to get a fresh, quick, healthy lunch, then Evergreens is it. They have some bowls, wraps and salads. We ordered salads starting with the Southern Saucepitality and El Sombrero. They ask if you want light, regular or extra dressing. We opted for regular and it was perfect. The flavors were great with both salads. The small is hearty and the large is perfect for a nice filling lunch. You can add proteins like steak, chicken or avocado. This was perfect as we were on the go the day we stopped in. Stayed with a healthy meal but fast. The staff were friendly and the environment was casual and clean. Definitely a stop in the future for us. Enjoy!
