Delicious coffee and BLT baguette! The bread was crusty with great chew and full of flavor , and completed the juicy tomato and savory bacon perfectly. Normally I grind my own coffee at my office and steam my own milk, but of course it doesn’t compare to the perfectly balanced, rich and nutty smooth cup of latte they poured me there. Thank goodness I got a large.It was very busy for Sunday lunch, but able to find a table at 1p. Free parking found below the apartment.

This place is always slammed on the weekend. You can tell they are working hard to keep up. They could have better vegan/vegetarian breakfast options. Tasty pastries.

The food is phenomenal, it's a great space to chill with friends or alone. Whenever I'm over Bellevue way, I stop in and get their quiche, to take away, it's phenomenal.

I stumbled upon this place on a fairly early Sunday morning. The woman at the front counter, a South Africa native, was positively lovely. She struck up a conversation with me and helped me with my order, as though she had all the time in the world. She even introduced herself and shook my hand!The food was delicious. The potato-leek quiche was perfectly baked (buttery crust) and came with a nice green salad. I added a side of smoked salmon.My only quibble would be the brewed coffee, which was luke warm (and made worse by the added cold milk).The place was hopping with all sorts of people, and it's clearly appreciated by the local community.
Coffee was good. I asked for the cinnamon Roll be heated. I sat down the roll was cold frosting...hard to get roll from the paper it was in...wasn't able to get some of it out... either baked to long very dry.I had been there once before everything was delicious.Parking: Not many places on the street behind. The building had a parking garage. Had to sign up on the building app..when you left the restaurant they had a code for you to use.
