The two ladies this morning were SO BUSY but so friendly and welcoming. I could tell they were tired but kept a welcoming smile on and recieved my coffee so quickly with the line. Coffee was amazing with the little flower she made on my latte. Will definitely be back!

The food and coffee were good, but it's just stupid expensive for what it is. A basic grab 'n go breakfast sandwich should not cost $12, even if it is in the lobby of the Hyatt. It's all pre-packaged and heated up just like Starbucks, but for twice the price.

Very friendly staff. Delicious coffee - I had a regular brewed coffee and my husband had the eggnogg latte. Bonus for us that they were open New Years Day. Visiting from out of town and passing through Bellevue on our way to Leavenworth wanting to try a local coffee shop. The gentlemen working were super friendly and helpful. Will be ordering coffee online to have back home in Michigan. I highly recommend this place!

Came by the counter this morning to grab some much needed coffee/muffin and was greeted by two amazing women! The service was impeccable and although dealing with a problematic customer, they kept their cool and professionalism. Hopefully I’ll be back soon to support the business!! Terrible customer service. I ordered two cups of coffee. Both cups very extremely warm and not tasty. I burned my tongue and ask them to remake both. It took her a long time to remake one, because she was talking to a single person ignoring customers and a lineup. The other cup never got finished. She ignored my husband and put the milk to be frothed for a long time until it became even more warm. He kindly tried to say that coffee will be getting even warmer. She ignored him, waiting for a customer to ask my husband what is going on in here. Very uncomfortable experience. We are never going back to this coffee shop.My husband waited and eventually left without coffee.I would not recommend this place!

I had an amazing first experience at Fonte Coffee in Bellevue Hyatt Regency. They offer a wide variety of Coffee choices. This visit I had ordered the Desert Rose Latte. That was the best Latte I've ever had. Staff was Superfriendly and helped out with suggestions. The design of the Cafe is Elegant & well Designed. I highly recommend this Cafe if you are visiting Hyatt Regency or looking for coffee. Thank you and God Bless Bellevue Fonte Coffee!

Four stars for coffee but DO NOT bother with the breakfast sandwiches. They are pre-made microwave things and taste awful. Find another cafe to grab breakfast, or you will be very disappointed. Especially if you are a tad hungover.

What can truly be said about the coffee. It's certainly coffee. The ladies behind the counter are, well, ladies.The gals remember your drink orders. They're polite, well mostly (you know who you are), and work quickly.
