Beyond exceptional. Fumie baked an extraordinary cake that really made for a fantastic celebration. Everyone who had a slice of the Hojicha Tiramisu could not help themselves from remarking how good it was!There was already a great impression from talking with Yumie on the phone and then meeting her at pickup. Her cheerful and wonderful spirit translates directly into her work. I, and I'm sure everyone who tried her cake, will certainly be ordering from her again for making future celebrations extra special!

I bought the melon cake as the birthday cake. The melon taste okay but the cake taste horrible. I don't have a high bar of taste, but the cake and the mousse is just so bad, very cheap taste.

I ordered the strawberry trifle for my birthday and was not disappointed! It tasted so fresh and the strawberries were perfect. Very generous amount of strawberries. It was the perfect amount of sweet. As someone who doesn’t like overly sweet desserts, the strawberries, cake and whipping cream were a perfect balance. It also was so pretty!

I had high hopes for the cake as it had all the right ingredients, but unfortunately it felt short.It looked good and had chocolate and hazelnuts (as an addition) which I love and it wasn’t too sweet - I’d preferred it a bit sweeter. The owner was nice and communicated well.Some of the shortcomings; when we were cutting the cake, the slices were breaking in crumbs and it did not look good. The layers of cake were dry, maybe more cream could have helped. The chocolate icing on the outside was too hard and dense and people did not eat it.

I ordered a 6” strawberry shortcake just a few days before my birthday and it was exactly what I wanted. This is a Japanese style shortcake, professionally made, much taller/ big than expected and with lots of strawberries inside and on top! For an American palate it might be considered on the “mild sweet” side, but to me it was perfect amount of sweetness and softness, great with some green or black tea! They were able to write the message in Spanish perfectly ⭐️ You have to follow the instructions to pick up as they are inside another business, but it’s super easy and you can text message them to ask for details.

My fiancé bought me a large matcha fruit cake and it fed 20 people it tasted amazing and the fruit was fresh. NOT TOO SWEET. The only thing that could make it better is the cake can be slightly more moist. Might just be my personal preference.
