Teriyaki chicken was overcooked, katsu pieces were so thin you could only taste breading. Seafood yakisoba lacked taste and seafood. Service was quick and nice. Overpriced for what it is.

Ramen and Teriyaki, you already know this place isn't going to be specialized in anything... but this place gets a 4 star from me due to convenience, fast, good service (its order yourself on tablet, then find your own seat), and value, value, value of food! Wow! You need to check out the portions on these teriyaki plates! Defintiely good for sharing. I had the spicy pork and beef bulgogi. Both was good in flavor, and still moist. Rice wasn't fluffy but it did its job. Comes with a great serving of the common lettuce salad and dressings and a small side of macaroni. Tasted great for a regular teriyaki place. My plate was $15.99! Very reasonable. Priced higher because I got the split option. My husband got the spicy chicken teriyaki for $12.99! What a deal!! Portions was just as huge. I tried the chicken, and it was a bit dry for my liking, but my husband said it's the Seattle way! And that it was how he liked it. Haha My kids got ramen! Their bowls were huge! Of course I tried it and it didn't pass my ramen standards as predicted. But my kids still loved it! It tasted not too bad for a non-dedicated ramen restaurant. Glad we got to try this place. Quick and easy meal. Very tasty. And oh so affordable. Sometimes you just need that!

We ordered on one of those big screen tablets which was really efficient and someone brought it to us. I'm not a big fan of utensil cups at the table just if someone sneezes or something but the place was cute and the food was great so I'll definitely be coming back.

I really enjoyed my first visit to Hong Noodle. The service was fast and friendly. I ordered the Spicy Tonkotsu with Pork Chashu Ramen and the flavor was fantastic and all the ingredients tasted fresh! I look forward to my next visit.

The spicy nagasaki ramen tasted good but the noodles were sadly undercooked…some were rubbery :(

Great place to do take out. They offer online ordering but the in-person experience was so easy too. There's a large video screen when you enter to place your order (this is for dine in as well as take out). Then it's just a matter of a short wait in the spacious interior and voilà, the meal is ready to go. My missing fifth star is because they could do better with sustainability. In addition to using plastic bags and containers, they continue to include utensils and napkins without asking first, which goes against state regulations that have been in place all year. It's the little things that can make a difference. Otherwise, food was fine and I'd like to come back for the dine in experience.
