The food was alright. I ordered lunch to go and most of the food I was served was scraps or the end of the bins. I had to ask for them to not serve me yellow, old arugula since it was throughout the salad mix. The sauces were good, but the beef was a bit watery like it want cooked fresh that day.

This place is my new favorite lunch or dinner spot. There is comfortable seating, the menu is easy to read and easy to follow. I got the bowl with warm garbanzo beans, hummus, eggplant, taziki, topped with nearly all the veggies. The falafel is so fresh, crunchy and not greasy. Don't forget the Dolmades. So. Good. The staff is friendly, patient and attentive. I'll definitely be back!

Try this place for a change of pace ftom typical fast food. You customize your order at each step with both veggie or meat proteins, different flavors of hummus, lots of toppers and dressings. The falafel is made fresh and excellent.

I ordered a bowl online for takeout, they bowl size is quite small given the price they charge and they don’t even fill that, as part of order, I asked for sauces to be on the side and they didn’t provide any so it was very dry. Neither they provide any plate which I mentioned specifically while ordering. Very poor service and food was also not tasty

Pretty good bang for your buck, especially if you get the bowl. My falafel bowl looked more bountiful than the chicken bowl. While there's seating inside, it has more of a take out vibe so take that into consideration while looking for places to eat. There's parking by the nearby Marriott.

Today I went to Hummus Republic for lunch for the first time. My coworker and I were helped right away, and the menu is very easy to navigate. I got a bowl with garbanzo beans, mixed greens and steak with the traditional and feta hummus's and tzatziki sauce. It was genuinely one of the best meals I've had for a quick lunch in a long time. Very good flavors, healthy ingredients, and it's a couple hours later and I'm still full and satisfied. Amazing! One thing to note: when we went in, the music was being played quite loud, I would recommend they turn it down just a bit and choose a genre more appropriate for the ambience. Other than that, great!
