I placed an order on line for pick up. A friend picked it up for me. I was so happy to see that everything was bagged very carefully and safely. I’m very picky and I was so impressed with the care they took to package our delicious meals. Thank you so much! What a great team you have there!!

Rating low due to just overall bad service. The food was fine.When we finished our food, my partner went to ask for a box, waiting patiently until she was done talking. She rudely told him to go wait in the ordering line to ask for a box because she didn’t want a complaint. The boxes were right there in the kitchen and it would’ve taken her one second to ask the cook, who was on his phone even though he’s working with food, to grab it. My partner waited in the line to ask, and she refused to give him a box because “it wouldn’t fit” even though we were taking our food to go and she couldn’t even see how much food we had left. She even stopped the cook from giving him a box when he was about to.I went to go ask for a box next and her excuse is that they didn’t have any. I told her the boxes were right there and she rambled about not giving them to customers dining it.Super unprofessional and weird behavior. We don't understand at all why she acted that way towards us, and why she's stingey with products made for customers. Do better, Ivars.

Love Ivars but they give you fish stick portions instead of actual pieces which is ridiculous when you’re paying $15 for a 4 pieces of fish. Great location and I’ve been going since I was a kid and love getting their food. The clam chowder has bacon in it so I always get the smoked salmon chowder instead and they offer other items like fried shrimps, fish burger and grilled salmon.
