I love Jack in the Box but this location is seriously in need of some help or for corporate to come by and fix things up. I typically really like the fast food from this chain but this location misses the mark again and again. I buy from here off and on simply because it is close to me and sometimes i have no other option. But most of the time you can tell the chicken is old and tough and the soda tastes off. The soda is often flat and just tastes off. The curly fries are always good though.
Food was fine but got a coke with no ice so i ask nicely if i could have ice. she gives it back to me with no ice and HALF A CUP OF COKE. i spend $30 on food and you’re going to treat me like that because i asked for ice?

Closed early and told me to leave.Update and response to "response from owner:" They did contact me and did absolutely nothing after that. The poor service at the restaurant is apparent from the upper management. This is why JIB are shutting down all over. Not really a surprise.

This place is trash and the employees are even worse, specifically some lady with a gold tooth. We made our order, she asked us to review it on the screen to make sure it was correct. Everything was right. We get to the window AND OUR ORDER IS COMPLETELY WRONG. When we asked for the receipt and told her that the order was wrong, she just looked at us and gave us a dirty look, didn't even try to fix our order. What kind of employees do you guys have? Sorry if you're having a bad day but at least fix our order, especially if you ASKED US to make sure everything was correct. We're paying for our food, GET IT RIGHT. I'D PUT NO STARS IF YELP GAVE US THAT OPTION.

I’ve visited this location several of times (always through the drive thru) the first time I wanted to try their new red spicy tacos but received regular ones, second time I came here to try their Red Bull drinks worst disgusting drinks I’ve ever tried and this morning around 8:40 11/06/23 I waited 20 minutes at the window for two croissants and two hash browns they currently have a special two croissants for six dollars so I asked the man once he came to the window about the price and he replied to me in Spanish with attitude that it would be $22 and that they didn’t have a manager, that he didn’t have the card to change the price and that it was my fault for not saying I wanted that promotion when I was ordering, I’ve never went to any fast food or restaurant where I had to ask or clarify a special deal they have promoted, then I asked him if he can leave a note or something for the manager and for my money back and he slams the window door on me just wow
I got off a12 hour shift and didn't want to cook. The staff was amazing! SO helpful and friendly.

This is the only fast food restaurant I've ever been to that tried to charge me for more than one sauce for a meal that is supposed to be dipped in sauce. Ridiculous

Came all the way from Alaska this was mine and my family's first time at Jack in The Box, EVER. Terrible customer service. Forgot half our order. Barely spoke english, hard to understand. Over charged us for stuff we didnt even get. Gave us regular fries instead of curly fries. And no ice in ice machine. She even verified our order TWO times.DO NOT RECCOMEND.

Unfortunately, it appears that their AC unit malfunctioned and lakes through the ceiling creating a small lake in the store in parts.Aside from this, the tiny ants at the service counter that you could almost blink and miss were an interesting problem.
