They had an attitude when they messed up on my brothers drink and did something to my drink after I finished it my stomach started hurting please learn how to treat your costumer’s.

Mobile ordered a smoothie, came to pick it up and the manager wouldn't make it for me because of Jambas system. Really disappointed and won't come back to this location. I've never had this happen at a Jamba before.

Ordered one of the smoothie bowls that was supposed to have strawberries and Blueberries with banana, they only put banana and I could over hear them saying it needed strawberries but they didn't tell me up front. If you order here, you have to make sure they do things right

I walked in on a busy saturday and there were only a few workers but I was able to get my drink in under 10 minutes. Strawberry surfrider is the best drink by far!!! Keep up the excellent

They need better management and customer service. Our recent two visits were horrible. There was a line out to the door and there was only one kiosk taking order with four workers. The workers were chatting in the back without taking orders or making smoothies. We waited over 15 minutes and had to give up to order both times. Please train the workers!
Waited in line for 30 minutes only to be told they ran out of bowls. Put up a sign when you sell out of stuff!

Most of the workers will stand around and not take orders, forcing you to use a kiosk. Even when the line is wrapped around the store. 1 person will make your smoothie while 5 will stand around to try to make your experience longer and more frustrating. I don’t typically leave reviews but when it’s this bad I think it’s a must.

There is a line of 17 people and there are 6 people working. They are only doing the kiosk self order. One customer asked for help and every worker just looked at each other. Not friendly and not help. Worst workers.
