Best dimsum on the Eastside. New management makes a big difference. Food tastes clean and not as oily as in International District. Fast no frills, consistently executed, and mom and pop vibe to fill that craving.Stop comparing to dimsum in Vancouver, we have different challenges and this is definitely a go to on the weekends.

Terrible experience at this place. Confronted them after they overcooked the fish, an employee yield at us to make a point that their cook could never make such a mistake. Sadly, he did made that mistake. And their way to treat their customer shall not be tolerated. Very rude and disrespectful. This place should be shut down.

Saturday dinner time. They were hopping. Told 10-20 minutes for a table. Ended up being 40 minutes.Got seated and tea and plates were set; then we’re abandoned. Staff was busy, but no one ever came to take our order. Staff took group photos for the table next to us. We tried to get wait staff to take our order, but they weren’t interested. Other tables that got seated after us got their food before anyone visited our table.Ended up walking out after 25 minutes of being seated with no service.Lame way to spend an hour of my life. But at least we were spared giving money to this place.

We’ve waited a long while to get a table, which I understand you’re busy. But after we got a table, nobody even brought water and people came after us even got their food on their table already. Excuse me???? That’s not how you serve people. After we waited 25 mins- Nobody even come to ask me if I’m ready to order. I had to write down what I want to order myself and nobody even picked up my order. I’m talking about dinner not dim sum! But the people come after us even got their food!! You have time to take a picture for our neighbor table but don’t have time to ask if we’re ready to order. That sucks man. I’m not coming anymore.

The service was spectacular. Unfortunately, the dim sum was not that good. The two of us spent $65 on 6 dim sum plates is grossly disgusting. I'm sorry but I will not come here again because the food was not worth that at all. All the meat dishes we had was too firm and not at all delicate as compared to what I used to eat growing up.Just FYI, their food safety rating is "Okay". Please avoid this place ?.

Asking questions about reservations and the staff laughed in my face. Used to patronize this place a lot but honestly a lot of the staff here should have never even been hired.Service remains the same even after the ownership and name change.
