Inexpensive, but the food (as a rule, for the entire order) was a little over cooked for my tastes.

Not what it used to be. Servers aren't friendly like in the old days. Got left over food on my spoon and coffee cup. No apologies. After 25 years, I'm done.Returned to Lil' John's in Jan. 2024 and the service and food quality very much improved. Must be new management and their doing a heck of a job currently.

Food is always incredible. This is ALWAYS a must have when in WA.Server on my last visit, however, was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. They had a horrible attitude, short responses, and failed to refill our waters even once in our visit. Extremely disappointed in this, but will still be back with hopefully a different server.

BEWARE!Lil John's in Bellevue uses Polystyrene to-go containers (common DOLCO styrofoam containers). The issue is that they place scolding hot food into these containers which exceeds its heat tolerance and can partly melt (hot hash browns for example). This releases toxic carcinogens into the food exposed to the melted styrofoam. The toxic potential when these containers melt and come into contact with food is a concern. Styrene is considered a possible human carcinogen by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) and has been listed as "reasonably anticipated to be a human carcinogen" by the National Toxicology Program (NTP) in the United States.Even without these facts, it's logical to say that you shouldn't consume food that has touched melted plastic.Hopefully Lil John's changes the containers they use for hot food.
Lil' Jon's is one of the best places for all occasion to eat at. It always does a wonderful job on food and drinks if you get some. I been going there my whole life and it never disappoints! THANK YOU!~Parking: Parking is good!

First impression of a restaurant is the host/hostess. This was our first time there, younger guy with an Afro holds up two fingers, we said yes please. He reluctantly grabbed two menus then just starts walking to a table. We follow him, he lazily sets the menus down and walks off. No greeting, no "your server will be with you shortly".. if you don't want to work dude.. then quit. That place would be better off without you. We mainly came to try the cinnamon rolls which they were sold out of.. needles to say, this was the first and last time we will be going there
