I wanted to put up this 3.5 Star Review mainly to offset so many horrible reviews based off of online/phone ordering. I have never tried those avenues, just showed up always, ordered in person, and waited maybe 10 minutes. The speed of ordering in person and waiting maybe 10 minutes is very much appreciated. Quick, hot, tasty. Pretty much only always ordered the deep dish here and its quite doughy without tasting "Starchy" if that makes any sense. I really like the marinara used here, it has a bit of mild zest to it and without it, I think the pizza and sticks might be bland. The pepperonis are good, and the crusts have a bit of crunchiness to them (due to deep dish) which is a plus. Sometimes you don't need that gourmet, expensive style pizzas and just a pizza that serves two, plenty of breadsticks and marinara, and 2 liter Pepsi. Perfect for that Netflix and chill nights. Go-to Order: Deep Dish Peperroni + Make it a Meal add on (sticks and 2 liter Pepsi) = $18ish. Also, the service seems to have been fine, so perhaps management has read all those bad reviews and fixed things. Good value, good service, tasty stuff. Chill baby.

Horrible customer service. Placed a delivery order, my ETA was 40min. Then I was sent a text saying another time (34 min more on top of the previous 40). Almost two hours later called the customer service. Apparently they had no dashers (BS) so they were waiting on someone to do the delivery but never contacted me to see if I was willing to drive and pick it up. I asked to just cancel the order since they couldn't provide me with an ETA but I was told they couldn't cancel the order either, they could refund me the delivery fees and I could wait for a dasher to pop up or wait until no one pick it up and the store then would cancel it.

Yesterday I had the worse experience I have ever had at this little Caesars and that's saying a lot. Me and my wife have been working all day and where exhausted. We had to get dinner for us and our two boys we didn't want to make food specifically that day. It was 7:10/7:15 I had tried to place an order online it kept saying error so I tried multiple phones and cards. Finally I called in and no one answered so I called a 2nd time. Nothing so I ran to the car and drove over there. Soon as I walked in the phones where ringing. Someone came up (there were two girls working). The one taking my order didn't understand everything I was saying. I explained there app was down and I had been trying to call. It was 7:20/7:25 at this time plenty of time to make food seeing how every single restaurant or fast food place I worked when I was a kid makes food and takes order up till closing time or just about up to to clean ovens etc. I tried giving my custom order I wanted. She said she did have that. I looked up at the menu (wanted to crazy cheese bread orders also so I pointed at the menu and told her it's right there on the menu. She went back to the back once to ask a mystery person a question. Came back and said it's to late. I said you don't close till 8, apparently now. She just stood there and said idk. I said that's ok, can I speak to a manager or someone In charge. She went back another girl came out. I explained I have a custom order I have been trying to put in now between the app and you guys for 15 mins (probably the time it could have been done now that I think about it.). She just kinda started telling me what was in there hot box. I said yea but I have 2 pizzas and 2 cheese breads I am ordering. I then said it's 7:25 and it can't be made by 8? She gave me no response. So I turned around and walked away and said thanks. Again today 4 hours before closing I tried to call and speak to a manager and hopefully get the 2nd person fired. She seemed like the ring leader of this decision that was clearly made. Still phone just rings and rings. I guess if a company can serve till it's closed maybe it shouldn't be open at all? There is nothing wrong with saying you close at 6:30 or 7 on google or your door and then slowly clean up till 8. There is something wrong with false advertisement. I would hope though they work till close and take orders at 8 stop orders and clean up. Or clean up as they go like the rest of the world. Stop taking phone calls right at 8. And if you want to leave any sooner just work better. I didn't want to let the kids starve or go down the road to Pizza Hut. Maybe I can go do more reviews elsewhere until I talk to a manager.

To who'm it may concern, hello my name is Baldemar I walked in tonight Wednesday 04/2021 at 7:00pm I ordered a pizza, Buffalo wings, & an order of bread sticks. What I don't understand is the young punk that took my order after charging me gave me food that was extremely cold. I don't understand how doesthe store manager allows their employees' to provide such poor customer service. Does he not know that it is because of all of us customers' is the reason why he & all of his co workers' are employed. We are the ones who put food on their table, & their business continues staying open but this punk wants to give me food that who knows how long this s*** has been sitting there. This all starts with how their store manager trains their employees' & if this is the way the train their employees' then there is a huge problem. I sure hope that nobody else has to go through this s*** but I am sure I am not the only one. I am also going to contact the district manager, regional, manager, & their corporate office because punks like people with poor customer service should not work here and I sure will be having a conversation with his manager soon I live only minutes from this location. I bet he gave me this food because they were closing d*** a** punk.
