Absolutely delicious food! The service isn’t the greatest but it is because it is a small business with one chef in the back cooking all the delicious meals! The staff is impatient if you are impatient with them, treat them how you would like to be treated please they are wonderful people. I would recommend the water boiled fish because it is the best dish I’ve ever had in my life, seriously. We go there and order multiple of them because me and my boyfriend can’t get enough ?! Long wait because of limited staff but totally worth it for the food! Definitely check it out I would hate for this place to close down to lack of business when they have such delicious foods for such low prices:)

The server was rude and clueless of her hours of operation. She shoo me away lolIt clearly says they closed at 2:30, and I was there around 1:30 PM. I guess they don't want any business~

The tea cups were greasy. The waiter’s attitude was horrible. I should read the reviews prior to my visit.Do not order the Hunan smoked duck, it has no smoked flavor other than saltiness and fat/grease.Extremely disappointed.

This place is known for bad service including long wait but we tolerate it for the decent food at good value (for takeout only). But today the second server lady was pressuring people to add a tip for takeout. And shaming people who didn’t. Get real, tipping for takeout is nice but definitely not the norm. After that she threw our food on the table. That’s a new low for bad service that I cannot tolerate

We were treated SO poorly there by the owner - Wait staff? who knows who she was but they DONT deserve my time.Too Many restaurants to get a such bad taste in our mouths.EMBARRASSED I TOOK MY FRIENDS THERE FOR ALL OF OUR 1ST TIMES!!

I would read zero or negative if I could. My family of four came in for a dinner Saturday night. Every other restaurant in the same shopping court is packed and has a waitlist. Do not want to wait too long, we remembered this place that we used to frequent but no longer coming for reasons we forgot. We decide to give it another try. The place is about 2/3 empty at this busy hour. We should have realize this is not a good sign!We came in, asked to sit at a table inside to get away from the wind in rainy night but told to sit at a bigger table near the door. We were told by waitress we need to sit here so we can order more food, despite I told her we want to sit inside and stay warm. Fine.Two minutes after we sit down, the waitress came and ask what we want to order. It is a big menu and we barely started. We said we just sit down and will need to take a few minutes. She came back in another minute and ask again, we said we are not yet ready and she complained, "Still not ready?" So I asked if she can make some recommendation and she said she is new and has no idea. I asked if certain dish are more popular, again, she said she does not know anything. I told her we can order 3 dishes then add more as we are going through the menu. She put down her pen and said, "no, I cannot add to order later, you have to order everything together". Okay, I then rushed to order the food, when she came to us the 4th time. We are the only table need to be taken order, and we do not understand why she needs to rush us? From time we came in till we made our order, that is within 5-7 minutes.Then we wait, and wait, and wait. Every other table has all the food served, we are the only table needs to be served. After 15 minutes, I decided to get some bakery from next door. It took me about 10 minutes to come back. One wonton dish is served, but half raw, with meat pinky and slimy. My son has to spit out of them and cannot eat it after two out of four he ate is half raw. By now, it is over 30 minutes. So I went to check with the waitress if she can check on our dishes. She and the other waitress laughed and said, "they are making it. It is not 30 minutes yet. At least 30 minutes." I do not understand why it is at least 30 minutes since we are the only table being served, and we told her to serve as soon as ready. I do not understand why they are laughing at me. The laugh, those laugh, is really loud.So we went back to wait, and wait. My family talked, and we check our watch, and decided to check out the status of our food again. It is way over 30 minutes by now, and we saw them have takeout foods made. So my husband went to check with the other waitress, who told us that our food is not being cooked yet. Then why are then laugh at us and told us it was being made 10 minutes ago?Just in case you doubt we ordered something too fancy to make in 40 minutes, no, it is not very complicated dish, one cauliflower, one winter melon, three recommended dish on the blackboard(one pork, one chicken, and yam pancake), which typically means popular and quick to make.So we left, went to a noodle place in the same shopping center, have 3 delicious noodles, BBQ skewers, cold dishes, etc, ordered and served under 15 minutes.The place does not look clean, reading reviews from other social media make me almost puke and glad we did not eat there. And checking with my local friends, we remembered why we quitted to go there a long time ago: bad service, long wait (it is normal to wait for over 1hr! No wonder they laughed at us after we only waited 40+ minutes and got impatient), poor hygiene. Read comments on Little Red Book for this restaurant.

Very bad service: we waited at the entrance for 10min and all waitresses just ignored us. When we approached them and asked for any open tables, they said no with zero patience. For seated customers, only 3 out of 9 tables are served with food.

Very authentic Chinese food, price is the cheapest in the entire Seattle area. Can’t really beat the value here. You may get scolded by the old Asian lady for taking too long to order and the male bathroom may run out of hand soap. But hey, you’re here to have amazing food for the best value right ;)

If there’s an option for a negative star review, I’d gladly select it. The restaurant server, the old lady, owes me a star if anything. We entered at 1:45 and were ignored completely by the server, until I called for her attention for a table of two. She refused to serve us saying her lunch break is at 2:30… In 45 minutes… no wonder this restaurant has no guests. It’s amazing to see a store refuse to make money and give services because a waitress wants to go on her lunch break early. My past experiences here were poor as well, waiting at least 45 minutes for food. The restaurant removed the clock so guests could forget about how long it takes for the food to be prepared. Never coming back to this restaurant again.
