BEWARE - Placed an online order through their website yesterday (1/6/24), was unaware they are "temporarily closed". Their ordering system wasn't closed, however, and charged my credit card even though there was nobody present to make my order. This type of fraudulent business practice needs to be addressed.

I love Lunchbox Redmond and so do my friends, and I wanted to try some of the burgers and appetizers that were only available at the Bellevue location. We set up an online order on Saturday the 23rd through their website (nearly $180 for five burgers, shakes, and sides for everyone) and drove out when it was time for pick up, only to see a piece of paper hastily taped to the inside of the glass door: "WE ARE CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE". The lights were on but there were no staff anywhere to be found and nobody answered the phone. Their website has NOT been updated to account for this, and we haven't been able to get hold of anyone since- we're out $180 dollars until we can get in contact with someone about this order in limbo, and so far we've had no luck. Why let me go through the whole online order process if this location is closed?!Lunchbox Lab is a great restaurant and we've loved their sandwiches for years, but this REALLY sucked the wind out of my sails. CALL BEFORE YOU MAKE AN ORDER. If the phone rings out, assume they're still closed and go somewhere else.

Absolutely a waste of time and effort. Heard such amazing things about this place and my family was excited to try this place out because of the halal burger options. After trekking out to this place from Vancouver we arrived around 8pm on a Saturday night only to find that it was closed. We had called them numerous times during the early evening and nobody picked up. What kind of business does not leave a message on their phone telling customers that they are closed? Or even update their listing on google? Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. I would rate them at 0

Over 30 minutes late with no line and the lady working the orders there this morning is extremely rude no customer service skills it sounds like they are in their playing around instead of doing their
Ordered $160 worth of food on a drive through town to make a quick stop as we were pressed for time. Waited for 15 minutes for the resteraunt to find our order. They never found it. They never apologized, server literally said, "it's not our fault, we never received the order". I provided email and text proof. No apologies or recognition of the significant inconvenience. Mistakes happen but apologize and make it right! We had already paid for the food and even tipped giving us no choice but to wait and be late to our appointment. Finally got our flavorless, greasy, tiny portion food after 43 minutes. Server remained rude the entire time. I would like to point out that a different server, a taller gentleman with a cool accent, did come and apologize to us.

Great milkshakes and service in a welcoming environment. You have got to get the Drunken Elvis shake! The food was alright. It's possible we didn't order what they're best at. The mac and cheese was decent but not amazing. The definite standout was the milkshake.We've returned since our initial visit just for milkshakes.

Ordered burger of the gods, the description and photos looked Amazing!! The burger I got was flat, like all you could see was bun and a patty and It was dry. There was very little flavor, but they charged an arm and a leg for it! I also got tots with Mac sauce. Was a to go order, no fork was in the bag. I'm staying at a hotel, I have no utensils. Let's just say I'll not be going back. AVOID
