Go for the Gigi’s Butter cake. And go soon, the joint might be closing in a month or so.Don’t fill up on the warm bread. Do ask for the butter, it’s delicious. Pastas are good as expected. Flatbread wasn’t great though.Service was a little slow. Our waitress kept confusing the dishes in our order, but fixed them eventually. It was a good dinner overall.

Just barely 3 stars for the food, but 10 stars for the service. Haley, the bartender, was amazing, but we'll talk about that in a sec. This is one final ode to Maggiano's before they close it's doors in March. Over the holiday break, my friends and I tried to go to a Brazilian Steakhouse nearby, but they were only seating customers with reservations, on a Tuesday. So Maggiano's it is! They were also packed on a weekday, but the hostess told us the bar was open seating. As we took our seats, Haley greeted us and gave us menus. When we opened the menus, they were all incomplete with each menu missing pages. Combining our 3 menus together, we were able to piece together one complete menu. When we told Haley, she got us new menus at the front. She quickly got our drinks out and put in our order before the entire dinner rush. She even participated in our eccentric conversation topics, which was surprising and enjoyable throughout the dinner and asked for our names during the meal. She definitely made us feel comfortable. Excellent customer service. As for the food, this place is more quantity over quality. I ordered a side Italian salad and it looked like a main course salad. i couldn't even eat half of it. As for my main, I ordered the Chicken Parmesan. Just like the salad, it was massive. I finished one of the two breaded chicken pieces and took the rest home. Furthermore, for an additional $5, you can also order a to-go entree to take with you for your meal the next day. I asked for the Baked Ziti. Just like the rest of the food, the baked ziti felt like it weighed 5lbs. However, the food was inconsistent. The chicken parmesan and pasta was unseasoned while the baked ziti when heated at home was over salted. It was still all edible, but nothing to rave about. All in all, it's a good family restaurant. Kids will love it because who doesn't love spaghetti and meatballs, but if you're out with friends who are food snobs, not sure this is it. If it's guys night, however, you bet we're considering here just because of the portions.

**warning ** This review can be taken down at any time if YELP does not like the content. They cherry pick reviews ** Always a solid choice for good food, plenty of it and an environment where you can gather and enjoy a meal together. In light of the recent news that this location will be closing in March, we decided to go one more time. They were out of stuffed mushrooms....BOO! We made our family style selections known right away, and thankful we did. It took forever to get any thing after that from more bread to another round. The server was delightful and did their best....the supporting staff was the disconnect. Over 2 hours later (for a table of 4) we were on our way. It was a great run Maggiano's...sorry to see you go but I think it was about time given what its become there.....

Haven't been here since before Covid and such a disappointment. Terrible service from start to finish. Our waitress forgot pretty much everything from silverware, appetizer plate, Parmesan, drinks, etc. Hostesses couldnt be bothered, paper towels out in bathroom, Cesar salad was awfu, just a terrible experience. Our waitress told us they are closing in a month and it shows. Only thing that was good was pasta.

Not another restaurant in Bellevue could give you the same feeling of feeling in Italy. The food is good, not expensive. The service is amazing and the place is beautiful.

Read that this location is closing down. Anyone with any insight or rumors of what will take its place? Its a huge space, so maybe gets broken up into 2? Seems like a great location with high visibility, foot traffic and both office and hotels in the area. Somebody will want to move in!

I have been to Maggianos many times but am finally telling the world about my love for them. I went out for dinner here with my best friends for a graduation celebration this weekend. The server immediately asked if we were celebrating anything, and then the manager proceeded to bring over complimentary champagne and cookies. I felt so loved! Everyone loved their meal and our server was fantastic. I have never not enjoyed my meals here but I highly recommend the Chicken Francese, Mom's Lasagna, and the Lobster Carbonara. The meals have great portions and are very appropriately priced. I Will continue to come back for years to come!

By far the worst service ever experienced. My family and I visited for lunch on Oct 22nd. I have always heard good things about the food and service. Little did I know we would experience the opposite about the service. We had a bit of a wait but I didn't mind for some delicious food . We were seated and got drinks and ordered food. THEN NEVER SAW OUR WAITRESS AGAIN. No over exaggerating someone else brought our food I flagged down the busser for another glass of wine which never came. We finished our food and I flagged down another waitress and asked for the check had to flag down another to get them to cash us out then we left. All bad service aside the food was amazing by far the best Italian I have had in the Seattle area. Its a shame the service didn't match it could easily be a 5 star restaurant. I might come back and give it a second go will see.

Food was decent and atmosphere was too. Our server was super friendly. Came for happy hour and the meal for 2, but somehow left paying over $100. Not sure how that happened for middle tier meal. Don't get me wrong, it was decent, but was expecting to spend maybe $30 but it quickly added up once we through in drinks. Feel like we could've had a bit nicer Italian food with this total instead Glad they still had the $5 take home pasta option. That definitely adds value for a meal the next day. the Famous Rigatoni "D" and crème brûlée were good. Skip the baked ziti; u remember that being a lot better a few years ago.

We had made a reservation online and showed up 7 mins early. This was on a Sunday and it was busy. We ended up standing around by the entrance for 45 mins past our time of reservation, before we were seated. We waited for 52 mins total. My fiancé is pregnant and it made her uncomfortable to stand for that long. Why do you take reservations if you do not honor them Mr. Maggiano?! Why..!? The rest of the experience, was so-so but not a dealbreaker. It's a spaghetti restaurant & it's cheap, so you get what you pay for: * The table was wobbly and the waitress asked us to "not spin it too much" (?) * The table cloth had a stain on it. * Three different servers & slow service. * The food was a little too salty. * FWIW they seemed short on staff. But the reservation bit - this is not acceptable. It's the same BS Budget (car rental) always pulls, and I stopped using them. If you don't know how to do reservations: Just don't take them.

We catered a company lunch at Maggiano's and will definitely be back. They were extremely easy to work with setting up the details of my event. They were accommodating with last minute pivots, and their facilities AV system made presenting content a breeze. On top of it, the food came out hot and delicious, and most importantly right on schedule. We were given cheesecake instead of the tiramisu, but our guests didn't mind, so we didn't make too much noise about the error. Only feedback we gave is that our guests drink orders should have been taken at the beginning of the meal rather than in the middle. All in all, it was a great event!

Our family love Maggiano's. We eat there probably 4-5 times year or more. This past Saturday was the worst experience. The hour wait for our entrees was not bad, but when the food arrived, it was so well over done, our pastas were hard like brittle hard and our seafood, shrimp, mussels, clams were crunchy. It was disgusting. Our waitress was wonderful and apologetic. Whomever was running the kitchen did a horrific job! I hope they get their act together in the kitchen. Not sure I will go back to this location. They have one in Seattle that we may try next time.

Ive been going to the Maggiano's at The Grove in LA and my experience here the one in Bellevue, WA was also remarkably great! The hostess greeted us, was very friendly and accommodated our needs. Our waitress was awesome, very friendly, gave us recommendations and was very attentive! The chef was also awesome, she came out to check on our food and to ask how was everything! Food is always great! The setting overall everything was awesome! They have a parking garage in the same bldg as the restaurant so there is no need to walk out side. The elevators take you straight to the front of the restaurant. Maggiano's did it again! We Will be coming back to this location in the near future!

Every time I come here I have a great time. If it's with my whole family in the restaurant or on my own/with a friend at the bar. Today was especially awesome as I was having my car detailed across the street and came in to have lunch. I didn't recognize the bartender, but she was super friendly and warm. Of course right when I came in I think 3 other tables did at the same time and she was hustling impressively. She walked me through the bourbon selection and my drink and food were out in no time. She was sort of a beam of sunshine in my day. Keep people like this around! The receipt said Alyssa. So thanks, Alyssa!

While they are are super busy during the Holidays, you can usually pop in for a late lunch without a reservation, but recommend to have one for dinner. They still have their deal to order and bring home a pasta (I think it was $5). My go-to is always lasagna. The side salad seemed over priced for what you get, but I was trying to be healthy so indulged.
