I have been a Macnoland customer for years and enjoyed food & service in lots of locations, but this location is the worst. Yesterday, we ordered a big mac and spicy crispy chicken, fries, with some Ranch and grape sauces, but they didn't give us enough sauces. When I showed them the official receipt and requested missing sauces, the man at the counter first gave me a look with contempt, then he refused and insisted I pay for them, like I was some kind of jerk. How ridiculous! I was just requesting what I already paid for! At the end, the manager came out and reluctantly gave me the missing sauces. Later my friend and I both got nausea like some kind of food poison and realized it's from the sauces they gave us!

Line has never been long. Wait time has been ok even when they park you. Food is ok when they don't forget it; I was blamed for even though I had just left the store so just be prepared to be asked a ton of questions for something they failed to do on their end.

Having trouble digital ordering kiosk commonly being used at most fast food franchise entities. Easier to go through drive through then come back park and go into store. A top-tier McDonald’s location! We were here at 8PM on a weekday and there was no line up at the drive through. The service was incredible, the staff had a great sense of humour and were super kind and efficient. The food was typical McDonalds food, no quality or serving issues. The drive through had some options that weren’t available through the app, so we were very pleased that we asked.Vegetarian options: Small list of options for vegetarian meals, but dessert, snacks, and beverages are vegetarian-friendlyParking: Free parking lot around the building, full plaza nearby, plenty of spotsKid-friendliness: Plenty of kid-friendly meal options
