Our family walked in. Being older we don't like the screen ordering. There were 3 people standing behind the counter, not busy. I asked if they could take my order and they told me no, and to use the machine. I was having so much trouble I asked again. The lady went off on me about how she was on her break, but she would. She repeated it 3 times. As 2 others stood there glaring at me. Got our food. Burger was wrong. They acted to inconvenienced by serving us. Pretty sad.... only giving 1 atsr because 0 isn't an option.

This location seems to prioritize well when doing a mobile take out order on the app and waiting in the parking spot. I find the morning biscuits a bit bready sometimes though, as if they soaked up too much moisture from the food.

I ordered a burger.I received a fish filet.I went back to get my actual order.Instead of apologizing for getting the order I payed for wrong, the guy accused me of accepting the wrong order.He said- why did you say yes when I said fish filet?And I said- why would I say yes to a fish filet?He shrugged.Because in all actuality- it doesn't matter.McDonald's doesn't care.That guy definitely doesn't care.So- I guess for your own safety and sanity- check your bag before you move from the window.Because chances are it will be wrong.And if it is- it's your fault. Not theirs. You needed to catch their mistake.Not them.

I worked at McDonald’s for 5 years as was able to work myself up from age 14 to assistant manager.EVERYTIME I come and order food via drive thru and or for pickup there’s always SOMETHING wrong. Mostly they forget the sauces I pay for. It is the most convenient location for me when I do come but they need to get their act together physically look at the screen and LISTEN to the headsets when people are ordering. Learn how to multitask, teach your employee’s to do better. -from a previous McDonald’s manager in snohomish Washington.

An absolutely awful experience. I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 McMuffins and a large drink, I paid with a credit card for what should have been a total of $5.59. By the time I got to the pickup window the so called "manager came running over and refused to give me my order because I supposably still owed $1.53. Of course I didn't run the transaction or was I the cashier. Apparently my large drink wasn't included in the sale, I said "that's fine, I'll take the McMuffins which I paid for and just cancel the drink order" She was totally obstinate and refused to give me what I paid for! . I clearly stated to just give me what I paid for, Instead she held my food hostage! It wasn't until the cashier came over and explained that I did in fact pay for the 2 McMuffins, and the drink order did not go through that I was able to get the McMuffins.... No apologies or anything on her behalf. A total lack of courtesy and customer service. I will NEVER go back to this McDonald's again, and an seriously considering not going to any McDonald's in the future. An absolutely horrible experience!
