This company has horrible restrictions on visual studios, they modify core syntax structures without informing the user, force code modifications. There one drive service and customer support overall is almost non existent and they refuse to permit verification of accounts even when debit cards match. They use a automated account verify that is so extremely ineffective that even with matching information and verified photo id and matching debit card with matching billing address you are refused access to even your own paid premium services. The bill and Melinda gates foundation is a fraud and offers no programs for grant approval. You can literally see the scams rolling off this company by the dozen. I suggest you back very far away from this rancid company founded on theft. The founder and owner is a certified thief.

I upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7 years ago, and was looking forward to the windows 11 upgrade. But sadly my computer was not powerful enough to support windows 11. So I had a much more powerful system built so I could upgrade to windows 11. Now they will not let me upgrade to windows 11 unless I produce the original bill of sale from 8 to 10 years ago. Well like most people I kept the product key (thinking that would be enough), but not a receipt from around a decade ago. Talked with two Microsoft agents the first was quite rude because I am slow at typing, the second was quite nice but could not help me because of Microsofts bad/broken procedures.

I would give 0 or negative stars if I could. A couple of months ago, after searching all over for customer help, I was finally able to chat with someone online. This was after being sent in circles for hours. That person told me the Windows I had bought at Best Buy would not be renewed when the year was up. I wanted to cancel, given that I had not had a working computer since last July. I decided to wait it out. I AM STILL BEING BILLED AND THE EMAIL STATED I WILL BE BILLED AGAIN IN SEPTEMBER!!!!!! Seiously, are they just going to keep billing me the rest of my life? And why is it so hard to reach anyone for help. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

I am writing this review today because I have been trying to recover my outlook account for the past 3 weeks and I have called Microsoft day and night in order to get this resolved. Every time I call I haven’t found anyone willing to help, whenever I said an email they just copy and paste the same reply and it is very frustrating. Mind you, I use my outlook account for my business and also to log into my Surface laptop, since I have been locked out my account I haven’t been able to receive any work emails and I have been locked out of my computer and lost all my data. I will never use outlook again! Worst customer experience!!!!!!

i bought a $30 dollar game and it charged my account and everything. but everytime i try to play it it says i dont have the full game and is only letting me play the free trial, and ive tried to contact Microsoft but they haven't helped at all.
