We understand using QR codes for menus. And placing orders from the same site? It works. But you can't hand off the personal touch of wait staff for eat-in diners to an app. I've gotten friendlier (and more attentive) service at Dick's. The drinks were delivered. The food was delivered. Nothing else. This is taking COVID precautions too far. Why even offer anything but take-out? We will never eat here again.

It was ok. Food was delicious if not particularly authentic (at least nothing like other Indian restaurants I've experienced). Logging into the menu was a pain, we couldn't all do it so one person had todo all the ordering and cover the bill.

Very poor service. Food is average been waiting for over 10 minutes just for a coke and water refill. I won't come here again.

The place is severely run down, floors are dirty, restroom was filthy. Food was average and the quality has gone down from the past visits. Looks like theynare short on staff and that's probably why they are having issues. The place was packed due to snowflake lane, hoping that moksha goes back to days were it was the premier Indian place on the eastside

Overall, such bad service. Nobody talked to us or helped at all. To order food, you had to use a website and there were so many issues with it. There was no option to order from a worker, you had to use the insanely slow website. The food was very bland and the portions were so small for the price. When we got the receipt, there was a service charge already added, when no one even served us. The most attention we got was when they left half of the water cup empty. Safe to say, I will not be coming back.

Shockingly bad service. We got here at 7pm. To be slightly fair to the restaurant, it was the night of the snowflake lane parade so we expected a wait. We were told 35-45 minutes. An hour later, we finally asked the host if we were close to being seated. He went to talk to someone else who seated us at a table that we had watched be open for 15 minutes. We sat down and ordered immediately. We got our appetizers fairly quickly, but substantially smaller portions than we typically get here. We didn't get served the rest of our dinner until 40 minutes later. We literally watched the couple seated near us, who had been seated at least half an hour before us, leave because they had never been given ANY food. One of our curries and one naan bread were cold. They clearly were understaffed, but it also appeared the staff there were either underutilized or just didn't know what was going on. The host's only job appeared to be to point incoming people to join the wait list. They also tacked on a 15% service charge which is pretty ridiculous given that we were barely served cold food after a ridiculous wait. At some point, just tell us you can't seat us so we can go somewhere else. Really disappointed, won't be coming back any time soon after this.

Amazing Indian food. I had the garlic naan, and a coconut prawn curry, and it was so rich and full of the spices you expect from Indian food. Reminds me of Zareens from California!

Great food and excellent service. Very tasty and healthy Indian food. Love how they have vegan option. It is our family favorite.

Very generic food choice. For an Indian restaurant in a place like Bellevue, I expected something unique or special on the menu. Overall food and service was not bad, but there was nothing to take me back there.

This is a great restaurant when searching for genuine Indian Cuisine.I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala with the plain naan. The chicken was tender and juicy while the curry was rich and buttery with a hint of spice. Many Indian places seem to water down there curry but here, its the perfect consistency. The service was great here as well. The dining furniture isn’t what every person is accustomed to. There are regular seats with tables but there is also a few lower tables with short cushioned stools which is very traditional for Indian dining. If you don’t like this, just ask for one of the regular table and chairs because there’s plenty. With the excellent service, great food, and beautiful atmosphere of the restaurant, I will definitely be coming to eat here again.

I came here during a conference with most of my co-workers. A few of us had seen the restaurant while walking by and so we decided to try it, and it turned into a large group The food was incredible. I ordered the chicken karaikudi, spicy. The dish did not disappoint. It was quite flavorful, the spice level was quite hot, but not so hot I couldn't eat it. The meat was cooked very well and was quite tender. I also got spiced naan with cucumber raita. The naan was also very flavorful and good, and the cucumber raita hit the spot (and helped with the spicy a little bit when I needed it). My coworkers all enjoyed their dishes. A few people asked for basically no spice on their food, and they had no complaints. One person is vegan and she was able to order a full meal and left quite happy. We did have some delays in the food arriving, but we were a party of 16 so I can't hold that against them. Ordering and paying completely online was a new experience for me in a restaurant. I did like being able to place my order but keep the tab open in case I wanted more, instead of possibly ringing up multiple orders. I didn't need a second order because I was satisfied with the amount of food I received. I will be making sure to come here again the next time I'm here for a conference.

Amazing food, service, and venue! We had daal tadka, lamb tikka masala, Hot Masala Chai, and punjabi samosas . It was one of the best meals I have ever had in my life. The best part was dipping the bread in my lamb tikka masala. The lamb was also very tender and yummy.

I had the lamb kadai and it was outstanding! The texture of the lamb and the flavor profile were simply exquisite. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone visiting Bellevue, WA. Entrees are reasonably priced. I spent a lot because of the appetizers and the drinks. :)

This restaurant is deserted for a reason.1. Dirty silverware and plates.2. No complimentary rice.3. Rude host. At first one of the server directs us to the wrong place to wash our hands. He yelled at us and also at the server.4. Food is ordinary. They charge a lot of money for ambience.Wouldn't recommend to spend $$ in here.

Moksha Bellevue has been my favorite Indian restaurant in the area since it opened. Delicious distinct flavors, with quality ingredients. So many yummy dishes. We have trouble choosing and usually get ~7 entrees + some sides in a carry out order for 3 people (wonderful variety in each meal, and 2 or 3 meals per person). Mmm, I'm looking forward to tonight's order...!
