Do NOT get the grass jelly here!! The drinks are expensive and veryy mediocre.I ordered a small mango green tea, 50% sweet, less ice, with grass jelly. The cup is smaller than you would think, and was filled with ice even though I ordered half. The drink was your generic mango syrup with green tea, and I could barely taste any of the tea. The worst part was the grass jelly, which was super firm (??) and hard to drink with the straw, and had basically no grass jelly flavor. I already knew this place was mid but I was really craving a sweet treat and was right next door. Not gonna make that mistake again.

Really mid tea, I threw up after drink their tea the last time was there. Definitely would recommend somewhere higher quality that used real milk and tea and not the powder stuff.

Great place with lovely atmosphere. It really shows that the people here love the place. Teas are delicious and ice creams are very creamy and very good quality.Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp to the side for wheelchair access to the sidewalk that leads to the door.

It was just ok, nothing special:( It's very expensive in my opinion. I paid $7 for my drink expecting it to be the "normal" size cup, but when I got my drink it was half the size. Boba was hard and drink was too sweet, the sweetness was adjusted to 50% sugar. The store is spacious and sell cute cards and pins. The workers were super friendly and made the drinks quickly. Parking was easy, there's a parking lot.

Waited to be helped. Rang bell once. No response. Waited some more. Rang bell again. Someone pops head out and said he'll be with me. Never came back out to take my order. Thanks I'll try another place.
We got peach and green apple slushies, 50% sugar. The peach was better but both were pretty good

rose milk green tea boba was a rather watery, takoyaki was mushy/slurry not crispy at all although it tasted fine I wasn’t a fan of the texture imo not worth the price. Furniture and the like are bare bones , overall not the cleanest or brightest but they do have cool murals and other cute stuff. Something like ice cream waffle which I didn’t try I think would be too heavy for me so probably will not frequent here

What a wonderful little place almost completely hidden from the wide world. I've eaten here a few times now and it's always a delight. I am not a huge fan of their menu system but it's a small gripe. I've never had an item from here I didn't like.The decor in the shop is super fun and my kids liked to take pictures in front of their wall murals. I love the extras that they sell in the shop, they are super cute

Cute boba and bubble waffle shop. I just stopped by for boba and was pleased with the rose milk tea. They have a screen set up for e-orders and service was fast. Limited seating available inside. The place is really cute and there is ample parking in the front.
