We love that this location opened up recently. We can get our pizza fix, closer to home. The location is new, clean and has lots of tables inside as well as several outside.

I love pagliacci and was stoked to see this location open but it’s been nothing but slow service and frustrating experiences at this location since it opened. I’m hoping once they’ve been open for longer things will improve.

We went with our two young children to try out this location and ordered a 17in extra pepperoni pizza. We got a number for dine in and after watching many people get pizza before us we politely asked the eta. Turns out they forgot about our pizza and it was in a box in the back (not even in the rack for pick up). They took it out of the box and put it on our table and it was cold. We asked for a refund and they said they’d give us 50% back. We understand that these things happen but they even put timers on their pizza by the slice on the counter. They don’t serve it after a certain time. They decided to give us a full refund. It was over 30 mins before we asked about the eta.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly

The pizzas were mediocre but the atmosphere was nice and clean and staff was friendly! The pizza slices were small and for $4.50 w/o tax and tip. Most likely won't be coming back for the pizza itself.

So grateful that south Bellevue has its own Pagliacci :). I am typically quite sensitive to too much dairy but for whatever reasons, Pagliacci pizza doesn't make my stomach upset on top of super tasting pizza! So many options to choose from but everything is tasty. Loved that it has lots of veggies option too. The service is pretty swift despite the popularity. The architecture of this location is nice. The entry to this location is a little different. It is on the eastside of the building.

Today is Pi Day! Stopped to pick up a couple of pizza pies. So.....good Fresh ingredients Staff are courteous and efficient in their jobs. This store makes really good pizza! Wish the one in SAMMAMISH were as good.

Thank you so much for the FREE sliced pizza on the February 29th! We enjoyed their pizza and all staff were very welcomed and friendly. It was free sliced pizza day, so the restaurant was PACKED! All team members handled well with that craziness and they were so quick! I enjoyed my chicken and mushroom pizza and it I loved it!

This location is terrible for pick up! They have these pick up shelves where the pizza sits and gets cold until pick up.It’s really hard to time it just right to pick up right when the pizza comes out the oven since they don’t do a good job of text notifications either.Parking’s surprisingly difficult for a place with a bigger lot due all the U-Haul trucks around the lot.We still like the Crossroads location more even though it’s slightly farther. They keep your pizza warm on the oven for pick up and I don’t come home with a cold pizza.Get rid of the cold shelf and stick with holding orders on the oven!
Love the new location! Service was very friendly and fast. As always amazing pizza and salads. Great choice for a quick dinner or place to visit with friends and family. My favorite pizza!!!

This was a disappointing experience. I had Pagliacci in college and thought that it was a decent pizza place. After hearing that they opened one in south Bellevue, we were interested in checking it out. We ordered online for two pizzas because they had a BOGO deal. It took a whole hour for the pizzas to be ready, which feels a bit ridiculous considering it takes almost half that time for other pizza chains to have their pizzas ready. The two pizzas were different from each other, one being a white sauce and another being a red sauce. Both pizzas were disappointing because they were lacking in flavor and texture. Was it the worst pizza I've had? No. But the word that comes to my mind is that the pizzas were mid. At over $25 for a decent sized pizza, I think it's safe to say that Pagliacci is NOT worth the money.

Service was so on top of orders, food is very tasty, ambiance is warm--I am very grateful this is on my way home, and I always get a parking spot--they are fast and friendly

The service at the location on 37th St. really sucks. Ordered a pizza they sent the message it was ready and then I went there and they kept telling me it was going to be a few minutes. Turns out they never made it. Pizza isn't bad so they get a star but really disorganized.

It's Pagliacci so of course it's great pizza. This is a new location that opened in December of 2023. Excellent location for an area that has needed a Pagliacci. Since moving to the east side we have missed Pagliacci. There was a Pizza Hut at this location and out of the 13 years of living nearby I never bought a pizza from them. I've already been to Palliacci's twice since it opened. It has perfect thin crust with very delicious cheese. I feel bad for other pizza joints, Pagliacci may put them out of business.
