Bought $250 gift cards when was on promotion by 50 $ and get 10 $ for freeThere should have been 2 cards of 100$ and one card of 50$ and 5 of the 10$ (free ones) the only ones that worked are 2 cards and the remaining are not working I called the restaurant they asked to call customer service when I did they asked me to contact restaurant and no one has resolved my issue yet !

The food at this Panera location is really good. The service is awesome the workers are nice people. It is in somewhat of a convenient spot for me at least because I live around the area. The atmosphere could be a little better but it’s usually okay. 4/5⭐️

As a student from the nearby school, I visited Panera with a friend who ordered a full meal comprising bread, soup, and a sandwich. However, our experience took a sour turn when we were aggressively approached and questioned about when we would be purchasing food, despite my friend already having finished their meal. The staff member's demeanor was extremely rude, leaving a negative impression on our visit to this Panera location. She was treating us like we were not allowed to be here. We were not disturbing anyone in the store and we were respectfully studying.Maybe it was how we dressed or our ethnicities, but I will not be returning to this location. Please ask your staff to be more respectful to the patrons of your location.

It is so refreshing to walk into this place. I went in on a Sunday once for the very first time and I've been back just about every Sunday since.It's very clear that the manager(s) care, and the communication between staff is positive and all moving towards serving customers.They do novel things like make eye contact, communicate with you as your order is being prepped, and give you consistently good food.I hope the owner knows how amazing management is because it's obvious it makes all the difference.
