Do not order online unless you want your order messed up. From the employees, i was told the app is trash and so is the site. Both orders i have placed for this location have been messed up. first one thankfully the staff remade my order but the second time they stated my order never even came through on their end even though my card was charged and that it was too late to reorder.

Our family’s go to for pizza! Easy process- order online, pickup pizza, read simple cooking instructions, pop it in the oven and you’ll get the most perfect fresh pizza ever! They don’t skimp on toppings and taste delicious. Staff are friendly every time we go pick up.

I was very disappointed ☹️ by staff’s behavior. I also was disappointed by fact they were unaware of there prices since I was purchasing for someone else’s. I sat in the car while the other person attempted to call in the order the staff didn’t answer 2 x. When I got in to ask for order they offered me someone else’s order already prepared dough which was not refrigerated and was not for customer. They also charged me 38 for cold pizza and made the crust very thin I cooked it like ingredients said and my fire alarm talks so it said there was a fire in our house you should be ashamed of yourself.

I don’t usually leave reviews, I guess I should start doing positive ones instead of just went I’m disappointed, but nonetheless. This has got to be the worst papa Murphy I have EVER been to. The rudest person I have ever met at one and when I decided to not give a tip like usually do, even though it’s just carry out, he had the nerve to mention it. The other one in the area happens to be the BEST one I’ve ever been too and will definitely drive out of my way to go there.

Literally 30 mins wait. I get you are understaffed, but if you are allowing one person to run the business and be so behind and who seems like new (they kept looking at recipe cards or something) or would packaged everything then unpackage it because they forgot something on said food item. I find it ridiculous. As someone who has worked in customer service you either close the store down until you bring in another person or owners should be here to help. Just ridiculous- cannot believe it. Waited 30 minutes as they worked in someone else's food before the one I needed. Customers in the store looked and were very frustrated.

I never knew I was such a fan of "take and bake" pizza until recently. What I love about Papa Murphy's is that there are so many customizable options for basically everyone! I just realized today that you can even design any pizza to be crustless AND dairy-free. So, that's really great if you're trying to be healthier and cut back on carbs, as well as dairy! (Attention Vegans!) Thank you for all the options, Papa Murphy's! Oh, and of course I love the convenient online ordering on the app, as well as the promos! Be sure to sign up for an account and use those rewards!

I went in twice over the last month or so. Each time the employees were NOT masked. I voiced my concern the first time, and they literally just shrugged at me. I contacted corporate who said they were absolutely supposed to be following federal, state and local guidelines. The second time I directly asked an employee why they were not wearing masks when it was absolutely mandated to do so. I was told "because we don't want to." The employee then added that they were all vaccinated, as if it was all about them. How typical! So many people thinking that we don't need to think of anyone but ourselves. How about those who perhaps cannot be vaccinated or are in a vulnerable population? How about our overloaded health care system? I have frequented this location for years. No longer!

We're in the middle of a pandemic with a new variant that early reports are showing are more harmful to young children, and both of my kids are under the age of 5 and therefore cannot get vaccinated. They have a HUGE sign on the door that masks are required and every single customer was wearing a mask, even properly, over their noses, but the staff can't be bothered?! I'm not going to be going to this location anymore.

I've been getting their pizzas for a few years, the quality seems to be not so great lately, not sure what the deal is. I've had some really good ones a few months ago, but the last couple just haven't tasted great, original crust stayed very doughy even though it was very well cooked.
