My ears are ringing from the overly enthusiastic dude clapping at 120 db right in my ear for someone's birthday song. Idk how none of the other employees here have told him to cut it out. It's at the point of malicious intent. He must have hearing damage and has no idea how loud he is or he is just a jackass.

We went here (my first time) for the balloon but when we asked for one at the front desk, on our way out, we were told by a guy and gal that they didn’t have any. But then another guy with a nose ring walked up and said he will get one for us. The guy and gal said he is going to hand blow it up for us (my four year old son and me). I was very touched that the nose pierced, kind lad hand blew up the balloon for my son and saved the day so to speak since that was the reason we chose the place. It’s the little things. :) thank you!My son got the lemonade and i thought it wasn’t too sweet and was good- recommendable. He got the pepperoni pizza and i got the cob salad, everything was good:)

I went here the other night with my coworkers for a dinner meeting and Holly made our whole night. She called our zodiacs when we ordered drinks and when I ordered an absurd amount of dressing she brought a soup container full lol. She just made the whole dinner a great experience. Will come back for food and fun vibes again

Service and atmosphere was unfortunately bad the last couple of times we’ve been here. Our food came out cold, the shake machine was broken and it took a while for food to come out. I usually expect better from Red Robin but unfortunately it has gone downhill.
The coleslaw with their bourbon ribs needs A LOT of work, bland and tasteless. Ribs were meaty and tasty.

It's been a couple weeks since I last went here. It was even worse than my last experience here, which is saying something. Both visits the waitress got our orders wrong, both visits the restaurant is really really dirty, the food is awful, the portions and quality have taken a total nose dive. My meat wasn't cooked all the way, it was still pink inside. The lettuce was gross and had a bug in it. Really really disgusting. I didn't complain, because honestly, even if they had remade the food I wouldn't have trusted it. There's food on the walls, the tables are sticky, everything about the place gives Red Robin a bad name. I think it's a dying restaurant. I took about 2 bites before I decided not to eat anymore. Nobody will ever convince me to go back. The health department really needs to give the place a look.

Management could do better than to let my partner go. The system is definitely disorganized and did not provide a proper training schedule, but rather texted. There were a lot of discrepancies between what was said versus what was actually being done and the manager ended up gaslighting him and making a big deal that this place is a 5 star experience in the beginning. Rather it's honestly a 1-3 star experience. If y'all are gonna train people as servers moving forward, make sure to email a proper schedule and get your stuff together. Servers were great and friendly, just management sucks.
