I ordered and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I waited 20 and it still wasn't ready I asked to cancel my order and get a refund. The workers replied "yes yes". I never got the refund. They stole my money.

Used to be pretty good but they must have changed owners or managers because now it's a soulless "Chinese" restaurant who uses red food dye and practically candies their honey garlic chicken. Used to be regulars but I was so embarrassed and disgusted by what constituted a $16 entree (that didn't even come with rice by the way!) that I will never eat here again.

Looks like they have new management and menu! Their combo meals are only $10 and come with fried rice.

Bad food. Bland and tasteless. Also more expensive. Panda Express food will taste 3x better. Find some other place nearby.

Avoid at all costs. Especially with far better value and options around I would never eat here again.Food were somehow both bland and greasy. Not sure how they made the food but the chicken inside our orange chicken were stringy and mealy at the same time. It felt like someone microwaved the food from frozen and drowned it in cheaply made sauce. The worst part is that the food here is far more expensive than the other food vendors in the mall!Do not eat here, do not reward this business with your hard earned money.

I ordered the orange chicken with fried rice and it was the most disgusting garbage I've ever tasted in my life. The chicken was incredibly bland and not crispy. The fried rice was also extremely bland and it tasted like the rice was hardened and had gone bad. The vegetables tasted like they were barely steamed, they were basically raw. NOTHING WAS SEASONED. I couldn't stand to eat much of it. I had to throw it away. The most ridiculous thing was that they charged $20 for it!!! 0/10, would not recommend at all. I will never order food from here again. I should've just ordered Panda Express.

Maybe it’s better if you stick to what they’re good at, and what’s in the steam table, I ordered Mongolian beef, $23 with tip, mostly green and red peppers, which is never in Mongolian beef, limited onions, and very little bit. I paid three dollars extra for the beach and I’m very disappointed at how little there was. I would expect for that price that I would get your standard order that generally would’ve had me for two days. Food was OK, nothing special, and the overabundance of red and green peppers was disappointing…. I’ve never had these in Mongolian beef. I won’t be back.

I ordered Mongolian beef and I paid extra for the beef is very little in the dish. I'm going because traditionally, onions and beef and some spicy peppers, hardly any onions or very little beef and tons of red and green peppers, which is not traditional in the dish. $23. A typical Mongolian beef asked me to nails just wondering if anyone. Very disappointing will not come back. Perhaps are better things that they advertise or that are in there steam trays.

I love Singapore Rice Noodle and when I saw it on the menu I had to try it. I was disappointed. It wasn't bad. But it wasn't good. It just was very inconsistent from noodle texture and seasoning, to the underseasoned chicken, and hunks of undercooked veggies. I won't have it again here. If you're spending over $20 a plate, even at a food court, and especially if they're cooking to order, I expect deliciousness instead of meh.

Pretty good Chinese food! Location is inside the Crossroads Mall. I had a great noodle dish that was quickly prepared and tasty.

Bought the honey garlic chicken with noodles. Everything was made to order and was delicious. Great portion and service was excellent. Will be back to try other items!

As my name suggests I am crazy for Mongolian beef. When I first had it here it was great. Very different from other places more on the dry side as in not a lot of sauce. It actually reminded me of a place back in the day in Emeryville, CA called crispy fry in the public market. It no longer is there but anyone who's ever had Mongolian beef at crispy fry is probably in search of that similar Mongolian beef. Well I was happy to find this place that serves a Mongolian beef similar to crispy fry. However after my second visit it seems they either change the recipe or the cooks makes different styles because the second time was very different. It was very sweet and had lots of gravy/sauce. Also the woman made it this time. I was kinda disappointed because I drove from Kirkland just to eat the Mongolian beef. I have pictures of both Mongolian beef made at the same place. You can see how different it looks. Next time I'm just going to call if the dude is gonna make it. Tldr: Mongolian beef is good if the guy makes it.

Food wasn't very good. Imagine a microwave TV dinner but $20 a portion. Although the food was horrible and expensive. We found that the staff was very friendly and helpful.
