I usually get the chicken 65 biryani which is not very dry as in other places. The chicken is tender which is important for me and the portion size also serves well for me and my partner. This is one of my frequent goto places.Parking: Free parking. Lots of parking just outside thd door
I've had their food many times over the past 2-3 years. Initially I found their food to be good, but over the past year their quality/taste has taken a nosedive.My more immediate reason for giving them a bad review is that recently I've noticed that several of their dishes have becomes way way way too spicy !! So spicy that it'll give you a headache and dizziness. The dishes in question here are also not something I'm ordering for the first time. Rather, I've had them dozens of times in the past and spice level was never an issue. What's more is that they won't refund/credit you for any food due to it being extremely spicy, which they say is subjective.So if you don't like spicy food, DO NOT order from Ruchi.

Subpar food quality lately and below average taste & experience. Bad customer service.Picked up food last night as last customer, they had given something complimentary. That’s actually because they messed up my main order. They don’t care if I call today because it’s late coz I shud have called the same day. What joke. Possibly they threw in whatever they had for some extra money for the day ?No value or promise behind quality anymore.

Food Was Garbage, we order masala dosa and aloo prantha, sambar was smelling so bad, dosa was soggy and raita with prantha is like water/lassi. It was terrible experience.
