I arrived to order a sandwich but the lady behind the deli said she doesn’t do that part of the deli, and because of this the sandwich area is closed. How hard is it to make a sandwich? I can see all the ingredients sitting behind the glass.

I've used this Safeway for over 20 years. Today I went through the self checkout and had a problem scanning a lettuce. I stood there for 10-15 holding this lettuce out trying to get assistance, to no avail. The assistants ignored me. The wonderful thing is that a lady at another checkout could see that there was a problem and grabbed one of the assistants and told them to help me. I could have done that and I can put up with allot of crap before I break. I dress well, don't look like a homeless person. I don't understand why I was ignored and constantly walked around.

Safeway is not my favorite grocery store ,specially this one,This store is a disaster,The shelves are always empty ,they are always out on ads deals .Very poor customer service,Either manager or workers are not helpful, not friendly,I have to say some of them were nice which they couldn't survive here, the only nice and helpful person that I hope he is still working there was Kyle .The rest are not happy with their job ,therefore they are not there to work.

In tired of coming in here finding vegetable sitting in an inch of water, cabbages actually waterlogged only to get to the cash resisted and getting yelled at "Next" just to file up to the kiosk. These crappy store conditions on top of breadline customer service needs to stop.

Prices are high and quality is low. The produce and meat sections need more TLC. Huge sad factor - They don't have mobility carts for disabled customers. I saw an elderly woman with a cane, visibly struggling to walk, hobble across the store trying to find an electric cart. No one helped her and apparently, there were no carts to be used. Absolutely disappointing and heartbreaking.

One of my favorite grocery stores. Right down the street from where I used to live. 5 minute drive. Never had any problems with it. Everything was right where I needed and expected it to be. Ample of starbucks nearby -- one inside and one drive through right outside -- which is great for a coffee addict like me.

I went there about 1 pm today11/2/23, the asian lady in deli acted as if she was put out that I wanted some ham sliced. I wanted it sliced very thin to line some loaf pans. When I got it home it was far thicker than what I wanted. She showed me a slice on the slicer, far away. I told her what I was using it for. She was just too pissed at her job to care. There are no employees in this store smiling. As for the lady in the deli, get a new job.

There's a lady that works mostly on self checkout . She knows who I mean, acts like it's an imposition to ask for any kind of help. Please just find another job . Worst customer service person I have ever met .

Been going here since it was an Albertsons. I liked the remodel and the new Safeway store brands when they rebranded. But they said they would keep all the staff, and there have been a lot of new faces recently. They just added anti-shoplifting self-check out registers, seemingly fired most of the cashier staff, and only keep two staff up front. I hate checking myself out. I liked the cashiers. This store is a way worse experience than online/home delivery from literally any other brand. This store makes me staunchly against grocery sector company mergers. Also my kid is a Miraculous Ladybug fan and they never have camembert cheese.

Ok, as a deli service, the bottom line is at least understand what customer wants to order. The staff don't understand English lol, how convenient

At 1 PM, stood in front of the deli counter waiting for someone to help me for 15 minutes and no one showed up, so I just left.

Several people working in the deli have a sticks up their butts!! Short tempered, snappy, God for bid you try to ask them a question or for silverware for your food!

Took a poke and it was ... edible. Lots of rice, onions and greens, barely any fish/crab (less than 10%). Wouldn't recommend at all. So don't get excited about them having it. Don't know about the rest of menu though.
